Ok.. we have all been MORE than patient on this.. where are the reports and photos?? How was it? How were our BDHs? Any news?

If you went to both these recent cons, how did they stack up against each other???

Did one give you more 1 on 1 time???

inquiring minds are getting restless wanting to hear!!!

Whoo-hoo! Nathan showed up and he wasn't supposed to be there at all!

I was at Starfury, and I had a blast. Here's a pictures of me with 9 of my friends.

The Q & A sessions were histerical. They are such a funny group, and I love watching their interactions with each other.

It was wonderful having Nathan crash Jewel, Morena, and Christina's Q & A. It did seem a bit like it was a set up about the phone call to Joss. The best part at the end was that Jewel added that if Joss didn't want Morena to tell about Inara's back story then maybe there might be another movie in the future.

I wasn't at the other con, but there was a lot of opportunities to interact with the stars. I liked the informality. If a star was involved in conversation, they were able to complete conversations. I've heard of cons where a star is only allowed a certain amount of time at one table, and then they need to move to another table.

A large part of the fans at Starfury were from England.

This Con was amazing. Many of us are just getting back today.

There was PLENTY of time to chat with the BDH. I have no complaints. I would gladly attend another Sean Harry Con. Sean was around every minute and answered any question.

I was the lady who asked Morena on Sat "Why Inara left the Training how for Serenity? In other words...why she rental the shuttle from Mal to begin with."

Nathan showing up just tells you how awesome he really is! He is our Captain and will remain so forever!

PLease check back for reports. Many of us just need sleep before we write full reports.

I'm no good at con reports, but I will be uploading my photos by tomorrow hopefully.

The talks were funny, the actors seemed to be very much at ease. We found out that they were all contracted to be at the parties for only an hour each night. I think every single one of them stayed for no less than 2 hours. And Mark, Adam and Jewel all stayed for up to 5 hours! Jewel even closed down a bar (El Scorpion) with fans on Saturday night. I think future Starfury events can only get better, and this one was already a lot of fun.

Lynn and I went to have fun, especially since we have been working the fan tables and such at every convention we went to for the last 2 years. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend amongst a couple hundred of our closest friends. Browncoats are the best!

I went to both cons. I had a great time at both. But they are different types of cons. I feel that if they are spaced out a little more, both will be very successful and help keep the 'verse alive.

I'll post the link to pics once I get them up.

James
