Am I the only one that misses the voice intros by Ron Glass and Nathan Fillion from the originally aired episodes? I know they were added because the pilot wasn't shown and they needed more exposition, but I really liked them. That is the only problem I have with the DVD versions, I miss those intros.

"Well, we're still flyin'."
"That's not much."
"It's enough." Malcolm Reynolds and Simon Tam - Serenity

I never cared much for the intros... but it would have been nice to see them as a special feature on the DVD.

I miss them too. Even seeing the Pilot that little spill at the beginning let you know a few things like Earth got used up etc...don't really remember them saying anywhere in the episodes that people were from Earth instead of a galaxy far far away. Thats really important to know to understand whats going on with the cross cultures and everything. Also its 500 years in the future...does it mention that anywhere else?

I didn't care for them. I assumed they were for folks who had missed the previous episodes.
