You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

*pounce!*
Bwah!

What the heck is a Shinigami?

Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

Hehe, every time I see "grats" or "gratz" I laugh and yell "WoWer!"

I don't know why. It's like a compulsion.

Yell as you please, it changes not that I quit, and now spend my precious free time replaying Baldurs Gate 2 and trying to learn contact juggling. No it changes it not! Well okay I haven't gotten round to cancelling my account, but I've seriously considered giving it to my brother! I really have!

Hmmm. Well. You already have your hazelnut eyes teas, and you've been welcomed back and kissed, too.

Tee hee. I'm almost as straight edge as they come. The only thing they'll find in there is my blood pressure meds.

It was for these exact reasons I passed on the "wow, could be fun" job and accepted the "mildly interesting" job with a larger, more established, more room for growth company.

Yeah, and to make it even worse it was my cousin.

We made plans to go see Transformers, we both really want to see it.

We made plans months ago to go see it the weekend after the 4th, then she found out this volunteer group that she's in was taking the to Cedar Point that weekend. So I said Okay, we'll go this weekend. Because she has a school thing during the week. Then she said the school thing she's in is taking them to Chicago this weekend 'cause it they're last week. So I said Okay, we'll go when you get back.

My uncle lives in Chicago, and my mom was going to visit him this weekend. So I'm like, I don't have any plans, I'll go with you.

Now she knows I'm going out of town too. So I talk to her today and she says that now she's not leaving 'till sunday, but since I was going out of town, she's going to go see it with her friend that asked her to go with her.

Now am I crazy to think that since you asked me to wait and go see this movie with you, that you should do the same for me?

No, not at all! I'm sorry you had someone do that to ya, especially your cousin. I know that feeling all too well. Some people just don't get it. Doubt it was intentional, but sometimes people just can't see past their own selfishness. Sorry, didn't mean that to sound so cruel, but you know what I mean. Sometimes people think "Oh they won't mind." and just sorta assume it's ok with you.

Right, and the thing that gets me is that, if I wouldn't have called her I never would have known.

And when I talked to her today, I called her to talk to her mom, and her mom was the one that made her tell me.

She answered the phone and said her mom was busy, so we talked for a second. Then she put her mom on, and her mom said "Did you tell him what you're doing this weekend?". Then put her back on the phone, and she told me what was going on.

Okay, I'm gone for the night. I think I'll go drown my sorrows in books and loud music.

see, that's what happens when I am put in front of a camera.

That is such a cool picture! Are you by any chance some sort of transdimentional insubstantial alien? If so I can understand why your wife married you, even if you do seem to lack a face. You are a sweet man to be so proud and I'm sure she is grateful for all your support!

Unfortunately not so much alien as drummer, I believe the line is ,"if mean are from Mars and women from Venus then drummers are from Pluto"

I have been told that on stage I look like a hairy octopus, a blond animal from the muppets, that I look double jointed in all the joints of my arms and my particular favourite, 'you know how John Bonham got all his power from the wrist and just sat and played. Well your exactly not that!' All of which means between the hair, the movement and drum kit, there are very few pictures of me in my natural habitat.

Just to clear up a point, not that I mind, but me and my other half are not married. Mortgaged and living together for four and a half years but not actually married. Someone needs to create a decent word for long term couple who aren't married, anyway, sadly I have work to do so I must get on (whether I do or not is another matter!).
