I don't know what is up with the guides...mine shows "Anger Management" for the movie tomorrow night.

The way I understand it, they've moved the eps to Friday July 13th.

My understanding is that there were two episodes that were unaired, Numbers 5 and 6.

I'm interested in these because I thought the series finally started to have some potential after Episode 4. There was finally some drama and tension to it.

I was underwhelmed by the Pilot. Episodes 1 and 2 seemed to me like a stupid realty show -- but without the reality. Ep 3 kept me watching and

Well, that made it interesting. But I think that drama and tension should have come at the end of the pilot.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

For a couple of weeks Fox's page on "Drive" has stated that the final two episodes would air back-to-back on July 13.

However, that statement is now missing from that page - http://www.fox.com/drive/

If you click on the SCHEDULE tab at the top of the page, then click NEXT WEEK, you will see they still have "Drive" listed for that day. TV Guide's online listings also still have it in that timeslot.

I don't know why they took that statement off the main page, but it would not surprise me if they reschedule again or else drop the pretense of airing them at all.

Thank goodness this didn't air yet! I thought I's missed the eps, but then recalled that when I was zipping around the channels, I didn't see Drive!

Now, however, this new date really bites. My current Friday night lineup is JAMMED! Normally, I have Standoff, Numbers, Dr. Who, and now Monk and Psych starting this week. Most of these shows are on at the SAME TIME! I'm going to have to have TWO VCRs going to catch everything but Dr Who (which I have to watch at a friend's house because I don't have SciFi right now)

If Friday nights are such bad nights for TV why the heck do they put all the shows I want on at the same time on the same night?!?! ARGH!

Actually, Jake, you will miss the Drive eps, not because it'll be difficult to ccordinate watching time but because they aren't going to be on. F*x has cancelled showing them at all.

I'm more of a realist than an optimist, but I am holding on to a bare shred of hope that the final two episodes of Drive might show up towards the end of the summer, maybe once they've finished with Standoff.

The fact that they have taken it off the schedule for now might be because Bones repeats and the new, unaired eps of Standoff have been getting decent ratings.

Why do you seek to alienate more and more viewers?

First you gave us Firefly, and we loved it, and watched it even though you aired it out of order (how dumb is that, anyway?) then you killed it.

Then you gave us Drive, and we liked it, and watched it, then after 3 weeks (nowhere near enough time for it to gain momentum) you killed it.

Then you said we would see the last 2 episodes on July 4th, and we were hopeful that it would change your minds, and then nope, no Drive.

Then, you said we would see it on July 13th and again, we were hopeful, and again, you dashed our hopes.

More and more people distrust you, and hate you, and hope the network dies (myself among them), how is this good business sense?

Thank you FUX for once again proving that YOU are not smarter than a 5th grader.

Sincerely, a viewer who will never, ever trust your network to make good decisions again.

P.S. I hope that the public notices that the decision makers have the collective IQ of a toaster, no, strike that, of a half-eaten piece of toast.
