Ohhh... now this could get ugly. Just remember, these are just opinions ok?

1) Buffy the Vampire Slayer

2) All reality shows like Survivor.

I like According to Jim. Andy is hilarious. Courtney Thorn Smith, I'll agree, is miscast.

Just about any reality show.

Otherwise, I wouldn't know. I don't make a habit of watching bad shows.

1: Reality shows. No need to say anymore as several peeps above me agree.

2: The Adventures of Superman (the one with Teri Hatcher and Dean Cain) it just rewrote too much stuff and had more schmaltz than Dawson's Creek and Smallville put together. And bad acting, well let's not go there.

Easy.

1. Big Brother....What the hell is it supposed to be? I mean seriously, if I wanted to watch a bunch of people being retards in a house, I'll look to my own family. I typed in 'Hideous' into google, and lo and behold, it gave me ther perfect definition of Big Brother:

- Grossly offensive to decency or morality; causing horror; "subjected to outrageous cruelty"; "a hideous pattern of injustice"; "horrific conditions in the mining industry"
- So extremely ugly as to be terrifying; "a hideous scar"; "a repulsive mask"

2. Not American Idol, no. This is much, much worse. Yes, all Australians know what I'm talking about when I say that Australian Idol is an absolute turd of a show. Contrary to popular belief, there just aren't that many talented people in Australia. Shows like this have got to be dangerous to mental and physical health.

I don't watch much regular television to I'm clueless about all the reality shows. I turned on the television back in 2002 and was fascinated by the commercials more than the shows themselves, but I do remember some shows that had a profound effect on me because it was too uncomfortable to watch:

1. Blind date - That show was so uncomfortable to watch. I kept shifting around in my seat.

2. Fear Factor - Wow! People will do anything for money like eat a can of bugs. That show shocked me.

Joss once said that he believed that Aaron Spelling was single-handedly responsible for lowering SAT scores.

He was joking of course, but I was an avid fan of 90210 and Melrose Place in high school, I can honestly say it's true.

Which is why I stand by my choice of Charmed as one of my most hated tv shows. I didn't watch more than 10 eps. of that show, but the fact that it so clearly was inspired by BUFFY, just bugged the hell out of me. It'd been okay if done by someone with some actual talent, and even tried to be good, but it didn't. BUFFY is usually called camp by people who don't actually understand it, but Charmed actually is camp.

I admit, it was rather painful to behold much of the time. Jerry Seinfeld isn't much of an actor (and that's being kind), and George was just downright annoying in his psychosis. Sorry I'm on a rant. Not good. Anyway, I'm in agreement here.

The dancing ones don't do anything for me, but I do think there are a few "reality" shows that are interesting. They are few and very far between... but sometimes they can be informative. As a filmmaker, I thought HBO's (and later Bravo's) Project Greenlight series was absolutely facinating, even if the movies produced from it weren't that great (Feast was fun, though). And there's a lot of stuff on the Discovery channel that is technically "reality" that I enjoy from time to time.
