Hey everybody, it's another newbie here, looking for advice!

I've seen the movie and just recently finished watching the TV series, and now I've bought the comic off the net. But is there anything else I should get in order to fill the void?

This show has defenitely had a serious impact on me, it's such a fantastic creation, though I doubt any of you need told that.

Hopefully you'll all be able to help a fellow, although newish, fan out! Thanks!

No 'advice' , but always willing to help another Browncoat...

Get the Podcasts , Firefly Talk and 'The Signal'.
They'll help you stay in the fight , and enlarge the 'Verse for you...

Get the 'Done the Impossible' DVD , and order the shiny D-T-I Soundtrack while you're at it--They'll show you WHY you're PROUD to be a Browncoat !

Get the Firefly 'Companion' Volumes 1&2--Great books with the background about the show...

Get the book about the making of Serenity...Also VERY worthwhile...

At least READ , if not own ,
"Finding Serenity" . It's a collection of essays about our Favorite TV show...So Gorramned Shiny !

There's a lot more...Maybe someone will find the threads where similar questions have been answered before...

I'm new here at fireflyfans.net too but I've picked up a few things that might interest you. The regulars will probubly correct me if there are some mistakes.

1) There's a script written when firefly was just coming out that never got authorised called "Dead or Alive" that you can find on the following link

2) A group of browncoats got together and wrote some scripts of how the series could have been if those f**ckers over at f*x hadn't cancelled it. I've not had the chance to check it out yet but from the buzz on this website it sounds top. They can be found at the following website

3) Dark Horse are going to release another comic mini-series called "Serenity : Better Days" towards the end of the year.

I'm sure theres some more but thats all I've managed to find today.

Hey guys, thanks for the very warm welcome! All that stuff will defenitely be getting bought in the very near future, think I'll be missing a few pounds from my wallet soon!
