I know this is really weird...I know Magda is stuck offline housesitting, but where on earth have Jonny, NV, Tristan, odds, Whitefall, James, etc.. gone to??? for that matter where's everyone?? no HK, Anjl, FMF, LA, Copilot, etc.. wow as I started to think it's been really dead since last Wednesday or so. I hope everyone gets back from whatever they're doing quickly.

Last week I figured it was because of the Easter holiday, and yesterday too possibly, but now I'm starting to wonder. Maybe everyone is just catching up on work after the holiday?

well apparently several of them can answer email..( you know who you are Tristan, FMF, and NV)
Yeah I'm guessing work is catching up to them...I really should be working, but I just can't seem to make myself..I'll do better tomorrow.

Well, my time here is coming to an end. I have to run over to Petco & get food for Rocky the Wonder Pup, then pick up the Tidbit, cook dinner (something with chicken...), do a load of laundry or two...You know how it is.

A woman's work is never done...

I have no idea where most of the "regs" are. NV posted earlier today, as did JQ. I haven't seen HK for a week or so. Nor Anjl since she moved into her new house. Odds has been missing, too.

The Easter Bermuda Triangle...

Have a good night, msg. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

EDIT: Soooo they answer email but don't post? Hmmmph!

Night Mav and have a good one...oh chicken suggestion. if you have hot sauce ( tabasco or the like) and butter you can do a hot wings thing, or you can always go with 3 Tbs mustard and worchestshire sauce as a baste....it's amazing

That's ok I'll take all the ladies to myself :-)

Best family vacation probably would be Disneyland. How can you beat the happiest place on Earth? The whole thing is all about having fun.

Worst family vacation was probably yosemite with me, my brother and my dad. Sorry, nature just doesn't do it for me. I remember my Dad asking me what my favorite part of the trip was and looking all disappointed when I said feeding a cracker to a chipmunk. i.e. something I could do just about anywhere. Whatever animals are cute and fun. A big friggin hunk of rock is boring as heck.

Seriously, a 'kiddie' ride where the main character is hit by a train and goes to hell? Who thinks of these things!?

I was terrorized by an elephant at the circus (anybody remember them?) when I was little. But unlike the clownophobes among us, I came to think they're cool.

I'm here, just got alot going right now. Gettin' harder and harder to get past central (yahoo mail) and answer, let alone read and post.

Stop hounding me gorrammit. I'm sensative!

Kidding.

Seems work might get the best of me for now on. I'm moving into a direct supervisory role and it seems the people under me need constant direction. We've got people quittin' and mostly new folks who constantly need directing. I just wanna direct some of them with my boot!

Vacations? I wnet to Disneyland when I was twelve. Everything but the Michael Jackson Moonwalk, Pirates of the Carribean, The Haunted Mansion, Its a Small Small World, and that fake ass submarine ride were closed. I hated it. Next time we're making a shooting game outta Small World. Kill 'em all. Let God sort 'em out!

Again, kidding. Okay, not so much.

I did love Grindhouse (Mavs had asked earlier) and recommend it to all of my friends. Despite the guilty pleasure of all the violence, gore, nudity (frontal and partial), and so many other things. Okay, I laughed at things I'd normally find offensive (ie. little kid in car with revolver). It was a heroine injection on film and I rode it like there was no tomorrow.

Okay. I hate my messy desk. Taking a quick lunch.

Hmm. I do remember the picture, but I thought it was someone else's post. *suspiciously looks at cyberspot normally accupied by Mavs* Okay, so they're your feet (definitely not MsG's: where's the polish?), big deal. It does not count as a picture of YOU!!

Hello everyone!
Vacations, eh? I haven't been on one of those things in ages! I've only been to DisneyWorld once, and I was seven and too scared to actually go on most of the rides...so really it was more like just watching my older brother go on rides and stuff. Though I don't exactly feel the need to go to that place more than once. I know some people who go to Disney like once a year, and I think that's a bit excessive...

Wow I guess you've been saving up Jonny:)

and there are palms ( well a few on the main avenue and maybe a dune or two ) it's a great place though. This year we're going the week of July 7-14th. ( Family tradition of going one week a year)

No need to ask twice.

Basically this thread isn't the right place. All you'll find out is if someone here happens to be a Ohio browncoat or knows someone who is.

Best bet is probably just to start a new thread about it. Only start one on that subject though.

I just realized how hateful to the world the Small World Shooting Gallery might be. Sorry folks of different ethnicities. Its just the repetative song and motion... ARRGGHHH! I just hate that gorram ride. My thought while on it, "I'd rather ride a broke ass Magic Mountain than this lame ass s&^*!"

I've read that too. I don't like those kind of books.

Didn't mean to ignore you 'til you went away....

I actually don't know how the pony is: I haven't seen him since Sunday. But, I haven't gotten a call saying he's a mutant freak of a horse, so I'm sure all is well. I heart my trainer like whoa. She's pretty cool and looks out for the ponio when I'm not there. (Monday is her day to ride him....)

On to vacations: Hrmmmm....can't really think of many family ones that stick out. There was always lots of camping, church camp, trips to Mexico, trips to Disneyland (Disneyland can be sad as an adult. You go back and realize that what seemed like this marvelous place is kinda rundown and gawdy. I'm glad they re-did Small World (or have they finally taken it out? Last time I went Indiana Jones was brand new.)

Oh, wait. There was one time when my uncle rented a condo on Balboa Island. I was allowed to bring a friend and I was finally old enough to go to the boardwalk alone at night (maybe 12 or so?) That was a ton of fun.
