Umm , yeah , it's kinda wrong . They ARE normal people . They just have really weird jobs !

No need to blush , but it is pretty cute on you !

I wasn't tryin' to imply anything , so much as I was just making an attempt at humor . I'm here for the laughs and the fun ! I didn't take you literally ; I figured what you were meaning , but took a poke just for giggles !

I've met quite a few actors and other celebs over the years , but none of it will be able to compare to when I get to meet the BDH's !

The majority of actors and celebs really ARE regular folk . The coolest actor that I've met was Cliff Robertson . We spent a number of occasions talking about airplanes and flying , and about his role in " Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken " . I think he's about as impressed with Gabrielle Anwar as I am !

I live in a town where we have film and TV production all of the time , and I ran into Katie Holmes a few times . I thought that she was uncomfortably shy at that stage in her career . She seems much more confident now .

My brother gives me a hard time about the fact that Brooke Shields and I were leaning against the same counter at the video store , and I really didn't notice her ! He says , " You practically had your arm around her ! " , which makes it even funnier !

I used to see Tom Cruise frequently , and my brother carried out Nicole's groceries at the store , but they don't own property here anymore ( Duh ! ) , although they used to have several nice places .

Alan Tudyk made a film here years ago , but it was pre-Firefly and I didn't know of him then .

I used to see John Travolta at the airport quite often , and I took his 707 / 747 Flight Engineer down to his hotel , and we had a nice conversation .

Lara Flynn Boyle has beautiful sapphire-blue eyes , with which she gazed across a cup of coffee at me . That was the only slightly-uncomfortable experience I've had with a celeb , but I know she didn't mean anything by it . I thought she was nice-looking , but at the time , she was definitely a bit on the thin side .

And I've gotten to know a lot of astronauts and test pilots . I really liked meeting Scott Carpenter , Joe Engle , and Rick Searfoss . I met Frank Borman and Bill Anders from Apollo 8 , and a few moonwalkers . ( Not M.Jackson ! )

To me , they were all pretty much just regular folk . By all accounts , our B.D.Heroes are , too .

When I meet Jewel Staite , there are a few questions I want to ask her about some past roles , but that'll be another story for another time...
