We haven't done this in a while.
Post a pic of your desktop wallpaper. Let
someone else enjoy your Firefly wallpaper
besides yourself for a change!

Instructions:

1. Hit ctrl + print screen while at desktop
2. Open MS Paint, right click your mouse
and paste the pic in.
3. Save picture as jpeg or bmp

Upload to photobucket, etc. There you go!

(Make sure to size it down before posting. This pic is 640 x 480)

This is an image I found in the Blue Sun Room that was almost the exact right size proportions for my desktop and I fell madly in love with it. It's been my desktop for awhile now, despite the fact that I have a folder with over 200 desktop images I could use, some of which I worked very hard at making the proper size...

Hmm, can't find it any more, but I use an old Banzai Institute for Biomedical Engineering and Strategic Information logo. Orange letters to the left, Grey roundel to the right, black background.

I used to use the DVD cover, but you couldn't find the icons, and Penny's legs were a distraction...

That's an impressive arrangement of all the movie wallpapers; very nice! Not exactly how I would have set it up, since it looks almost like Zoe is pointing her gun at Kaylee and River looks about ready to slice Mal's legs of, but the blending is quite beautiful. I would love to see the image by itself

You know, it alays bothered me that Zoe didn't have her own wallpaper like that. We have Mal and Kaylee and Jayne and Wash and Simon and River, but no Zoe in her very own wallpaper. Don't seem right.

I use the free "Windows XP Creativity Fun Pack PowerToys Wallpaper Changer" from Microsoft which will automatically rotate between my wallpapers every so often. You set the amount of time. I have about 60 wallpapers for Firefly, Farscape, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Buffy, Star Trek, Battlestar, etc.

If you're interested in the software you should be able to download it from here...

This is my current one. A friend i know is producing a galaxy picture of his own, and its just so fantastic, especially since it makes a great backdrop:

Oh, the other one i use is, of course, our BDH's from the pilot.

Oh, and before you ask: the second bar is the Lotus Smart Suite that i never used. My dear step mother uses it, but i never touch it since it was installed.

That, and ...er... i have no idea how to get it back to the top of the screen

EDIT: oh, and i see someone's been visiting the SFX site. Tis a brilliant Sci Fi mag for us British folk.
