Hey since we just had a fun, though somewhat confused, email exchange I thought I'd start a thread where( if you wanted to of course) you could post your real first name.

Mine is Lila ( which is sadly short for Delilah though I never ever ever use it)

Lila and Delilah are both beautiful names.
EDITed for redundancy.

Mine is, obviously, Jimi, though everyone at D*C called me River.

Mine is Masani. It's East African. Truthfully I've never liked the name (it means "one with a gap between her teeth"; also, people tend to slaughter the spelling). My middle name's not so bad though. It's A'liah (pronounced like the singer's).

Have to say I love the name Delilah aswell as Lila for short. I always think girls names are great, they are so much more lyrical and poetic.

If I have a baby girl I'd seriously consider the name Delilah, aswell as Persephoney, Lilley, Jooniper, Alice and Winnie...

But anyway I'm christened Richard, but I grew up in South America as a kid so I was always known as Ricardo, which when I came to England became Ric. Now my closest friends call me Trixter or Rix. My niece and Nephews call me Zio Ricci as they're half Italian. My gilrfriend who is Australian/Italian calls me Coconut... and my brother calls me Bro or Bloodski.

Mine's a fairly basic Ryan. Not only is it incredibly common amongst the Irish (which I'm not. At all. The only Celts I have in my past are Scots), but seven other kids in a ten mile radius got named Ryan the same year I was born. Talk about your annoying roll-calls.
