I ordered a fighting elves shirt on 9/29/06...and haven't heard a peep. I sent an email with a status request with no reply.

I'm starting to get nervous...even though I'm sure he's had a flood of orders and may be behind.

Anybody else having problems..or is delivery usually slower from them?

I sent him an order in Jan of this year, sent several emails (w/ transaction number), another member here sent him email(s) on my behalf as well, and I still don't have my stuff w/ no reply. So, I've pretty much been telling everyone I know to NOT buy stuff from him.

But, he just got a cease and decist order from F*X as well so...

Perhaps he forgot to take down the site and not accept orders?

Do not worry, you'll need to give it another week. I have ordered from Blue Sun before and it went well. I ordered a fighting elves shirt too on 9/22 and got it yesterday. You will get your shirt I just think Alex likely got bombarded with tons of orders from supportive Browncoats. The shirt looks very shiny btw.

Just a gal out on the rim writing tales.

We ordered a couple of shirts on 9/20 and have heard nothing. I have a Canadian friend who is in the same boat.

I'd like to think the manufacturer has gotten behind, what with the flood of Browncoat support in response to the Cease and Desist order.

Sure would be nice to at least get some sort of notice to that effect as this is a mite unsettlin'.

I ordered a black Blue Sun shirt about 2 weeks ago and got it last Thursday. I've never had a problem with them - and I've ordered from them 3 times!

I'm sure everything is fine. I placed an order on 9/23, and later sent an email to him with a change to the order. He responded to my message promptly, but I don't expect my order for a while. He has gotten swamped with "deadline" orders. His stuff is great, it's a shame we're all scrambling to get it before he is shut down!!

I ordered 2 shirts on 9/22 (Fighting Elves & Blue Sun on Khaki) and have heard nothing from Alex. I have emailed him twice.

Main reason I ordered from him was on the recommendation from my friend ShinyHappyKlin. I just wish he would respond with an "I'm buried but working on it" email.

I agree- very understandable. Don't know why he hasn't responded to your emails. Especially with all the uncertainty while his doors are being locked by F@#. When I have ordered from Alex in the past, he has always given top-notch service, not to mention the product being fantastic. But I'm sure we'll all get our stuff at some point. I'm trying to enjoy my last ordering experience with him...everyday is like Christmas- when I am coming home from work-the anticipation is fun! (yes, I'm twisted like that).

I finally got an email response from Alex...he states that orders were held until a final count could be done on each item. This was done so he does not end up with extra (non-saleable) items.
This seems reasonable to me.

In my case, he states that I should see the order in the next couple of days.

I received part of my order today. I had actually placed separate orders, but combined them into one. The shirts, as usual, are beautiful. Gonna miss Alex and his shiny shirts. Well done, Alex!! You deserve a spot in the Browncoat Hall of Fame!

I ordered a Slim's and a fighting Elves back on October 7th and still have not received either. And repeated emails have gone unanswered.. If any one has any info about what I can do, besides live forever with these very cool shirts, please clue me in.
