Nathan Fillion's movie Water's Edge will air on Lifetime Movie Network Wednesday Oct. 4th at 2:30pm EST.

Go see Nathan and his fine acting. :) And some other actors who overacted a bit in a plotline that really needed some work.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Crap! Got to call the wife to get her to tape it for me since I am at work!

I have yet to see this movie, but have heard good things about it.

Unfortunately, Lifetime cuts to shreds a specific scene that is really the ONLY reason to see this movie.

Select to view spoiler:

The scene where Nathan is making love to the girl he and his wife are protecting on the lake's dock.

It's a B movie, through and through. See it to say you've seen it, but don't expect too much!

Like I said in my previous post, the plot has much to be desired and the woman who plays his wife overacts just a smidge. OK, a lot.

I was never a huge fan of the Baldwin brothers (Adam isn't one), so seeing him in this wasn't a big deal for me. I was actually really disppointed with his appearance/presence, whichever one he is. I'm not so troubled by not remembering which one he is because I'm not going to IMDB to find out.

Sometimes movies are so bad they're good. Water's Edge isn't one of them. The only bright spot is Nathan's acting. And yes, that's an objective opinion. I swear. No, really, I swear.

I cannot emphasize enough that Nathan takes off his shirt twice. TWICE. Two times. 2x.

In an effort to watch as many different things with our BDHs as possible we rented "Water's Edge." Unfortunately it came the same weekend as the amazing "Full Metal Jacket," so I may be more critical than the movie deserves.

Nathan was great, but I have to concur that he was the only reason to watch. It was fun to watch his character NOT handle a situation (or a firearm) well.
