How long will it take before FOX picks this mini-series up from Britian and makes a reality TV series with it.

I would guess in the nano-seconds.

I find this funny because you just know this is the quality of entertainment FOX is looking for :)

I seen you without your clothes on before. Never thought I'd see you naked.

It's not demeaning enough. But lets put on our thinking caps and come up with a truly FOXworthy series.

I've got it, "Who wants to get a sex change operation," 10 straight men compete for the million dollar prize going through a series of challenges involving cross dressing and karaoke. As the field is narrowed contestants go under the knife for the preliminary operations for gender reasignment surgery. But only one lucky shemale will win the money and the final operation.

The tag line, "Is your penis worth a million dollars?"

Wow, seems like a great, informative program... but good gorram they could have come up with a better title. It's like "the 40 year old virgin":you know what you're getting, but damn, it's so uninspiring.

"But, these strong women characters?"

True. Doesn't make what I posted any less horrific though.

I've been thinking hard and can't come up with anything much worse than yours, Dave. Well, not that I'd post on a public forum. Or e-mail anyone.

(Unless maybe a singing contest starting with rank amateurs trying out all over the country...)

Yes I have a natural talent for crass. I'd be a TV executive if hadn't promised the temple master that I would use my powers only for good.

That is a reality TV show, and in comparision to Big Brother and shows of it's ilk it's actually real.

Bizzarely what we call reality TV is just as staged as any drama.

More insane ramblings by the people who brought you beeeer milkshakes!

Well, now, that gives me an idea.
Off the top of my floral bonnet, so to speak:

Fall Season, teams are tasked with coming up with
ideas for a TV series, then writing scripts and
sketching sets and costumes. The winner is cast
(possibly from yet another show!!!) and moves on
to:

Spring Season, where new teams are tasked to
behave like ingenious passive-agressive network
execs trying to scuttle the show.

If the winning show is any good, it will never
be seen again. Bad? Five seasons (at least)
and eventual syndication. The winning creators
will be contractually hobbled for years by the
RL show's production company. If a team of
scuttlers wins, they are hired by networks.

But what shall we call this, Dave?
