Fox does still occasionally do something worth watching. Here's hoping for the best.

You were busy trying to get yourself lit on fire. It happens.

I liked it! I'm gonna take her first line as an homage to Firefly, if that doesn't bother anyone.

What was the line? (I saw the show, but not with my brain on, or anything...)

She did a good job with what little they gave her, I thought. The woman can sure use her eyebrows.

But I agree, too much not-Gina in that show. (And I kept waiting for Ron Livingston to start acting.)

Yeah, I think she did well with her 2 minutes of screen time. Hopefully, her role will grow.

It's just so hard to take the dude from "Office Space" and "Swingers" seriously...

I actually enjoyed the show. The opening scene where he announces to the world that he's sleeping with his partner was funny, I thought. It's not on my top ten (I mean, come on, House is on right before that), but it's good to pass the time. And I agree with everyone; more Gina.

Ohhhh, then you need to see Band of Brothers! Netflix that baby. Ron CAN act. I have the evidence.

I don't remember what her first line was exactly, but it began something like "I don't give half a hump--"

Didn't love the show, but I thought it had a lot of very nice little touches that, to me, showed promise. For example, the female lead gets mad at Ron Livingston (who is an awesome actor, by the way!) not because he told every that they're dating (therefore jeopardizing both their jobs) but because he said his life was lousy.

Another good touch: the SWAT leader has his men doing firearms drills with HIS face as the target.

Okay, I took your advice and bought the "Band of Brothers" DVD set and watched two of them last night. You're right, Livingston has got some chops. I recant.

Ok I missed the first show, but I promise to catch the next one...did enjoy the trailer bit I saw where Gina's talking to them about their relationship and says they can't get married. They both begin the frantic backpeddling of non-commitment and Gina chuckles and says" I was kidding" felt it was a very Zoe moment.

I choose to rise instead of fall- U2

Yes, I was also quite tickled when the first words out of her mouth were, "I don't give half a hump..."

My husband kept flipping to the Sopranos but I liked what I saw. Needs more Gina.

It's a little frightening that I have so much influence on you, but I'm glad you are enjoying Band of Brothers. After you finish that go out and buy the first season of Dead Like Me on DVD. And when you finish THAT, come back for further instructions.

I am the easily influenceable type... Your actually not the first person to recommend it to me, but I am cheap and have been waiting for HBO to rerun it (and didn't wan't to watch the History Channel's sanitized version). As for "Dead Like Me", I am one step ahead of you and have caught a few on SciFi. I'm still undecided. Seems a little hit or miss...

That's because your watching it on Sci-Fi. Cable (and for that matter anything less than the pay channels) has a tendency to cut shows to pieces. Rent the DVD's and you'll get the full treatment.
