So how is this Boost The Signal thing going?

I signed up to help with the yahoo! groups a while ago, and I wanted to see how it was going for other people. The only responses I have gotten were quite positive, and I even saw the message forwarded to another group once. Seems to be working.

Actually I can update you right here, Micjwelch.

Thanks to Silence and his hard work.. the Yahoo Group Crew is in place and working... we're boosting the signal... getting news and updates out to folks, possibly further than we have before...we've received a response from a group wishing to involve themselves with our Browncoat Calendar already!

Remember if YOU have something to add to the calendar check in the Browncoat Events forum.. Hera's email address is there.

Thanks to Penguin ( who is the most organized fellow I've ever known!) our Forum Crew is in place and will by the end of the week have posted to all the active Browncoat forums in the 'verse.
Spreading the signal further.. that is our aim.

Thanks to Hera.. who tied all this together and worked tirelessly and way into the night.. making things possible and hanging in there with us when we all got tired.... this entire thing is working.. and working beautifully. A special thanks to her from me, cuz she helped me with my own groups when I was needin' assistance. She is an amazing Browncoat and we're all lucky to have her.

Next thanks.. the biggest of all.... goes out to all the volunteers.. each and every one.. who put themselves on the line to do this job. Including you, Micjwelch! Without all of you this would not be possible... and I thank you.

Now over the next weeks and months we'll see how this goes.. let's see if we can spread word about our beloved Firefly/Serenity far and wide!

Things are shiny,

Penguin sent us an assignment matrix with forums to contact and a message to post written by Hera. The message introduces FFN and the Google event calendar. I joined my assigned 3 today and have already had responses, positive ones at that! Lots of like minded folk all around the globe. I'll keep posting as things go along.
