well, you know the drill, the daleks were defeated, but their husks cluttered up the old thread, so here's the new one it's in my TARDIS, so we can go anywhere now

old threads:
Partay part 1: http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=20162
Partay part 2: http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=20795
and, partay part 3: http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=20989&m=319083#319083

now let the partay begin!

*RMMC slowly walks in and gingerly sits in a chair with LOTS of lumbar support*

Hey, we gots new digs! Sorry I missed the defeat of the daleks, but my shee-niou back hates me lately.
I did just get a new computer chair (today), so hopefully I can come play a bit more often.

On the plus side, I've been watchin' lots of our BDHs exploits!

I obviously can't dance, but I brought lots of music, Irish whiskey and...Breyers Strawberry ice cream!

Let's Party!

*wanders in, still eating a strawberry from the last thread* Oooo....shiny!

Aw, poor RMMC, I hope you feel better! I can deal with pain from pretty much anywhere but I must say that back pain has been the worst the few times that its been serious (AKA falling off a horse...). Just speak up if you need anything, anything at all! Maybe we should go kidnap Simon and see if he can help...

Nice new place, though, Guy! I had no idea a TARDIS was so roomy. Than again I don't really have any idea what a TARDIS looks like on the inside, having never seen Doctor Who but *shrug* you learn something new every day!

So where's everyone else?

*drags herself, dripping wet, into the Tardis having just scuba dived over from the Forsaken thread*

*drops tank and gear to the floor, peels off wetsuit (accidentally making a giant puddle of water in the process--sorry), and puts on her dancing clothes*

*pours a mug of tea to warm up*

if the one from the ninth Doctor's series hasn't changed then it's the current one, if it has then it's the last one

a TARDIS is by definition bigger on the inside and if you want to find the wardrobe room here are the directions:

First left, second right, third on the left, go straight ahead, under the stairs, past the bins, fifth door on your left

So glad that the partay's still going strong! And I brought some food for everyone - protein, strawberries, chocolate, cakes, sandwiches, biscuits, drinks, sausage rolls, fruit, and a tub of Jelly babies for the Dr Who fans among us.

Well, the control rooms have looked something like this:

And the secondary control room looks much like the top one (kinda all Jules Verneish) and can be seen here: http://tinyurl.com/m3awr

And another nice place in it is the Cloister Room:

The TARDIS (a type 40) is mind-bogglingly huge inside. there's even a olympic-sized swimming pool...somewhere in here.

So kick back, relax and have fun.

Oh, we've now got TARDIS llamas. Check it out:

I'm here! I'm at the partay again! I'm .... in Ancient Egypt is seems. Hmm, didn't expect that.

You guys really know how to throw a memorable party!

Hey, can we nip forward to 1350BC to the reign of Akhenaten so I can do a bit of research for my Fanfic story? He was cool. One of the first rulers to try compulsory monotheistic religion. Only lasted 50 years but he had some interesting ideas. And was married to Nefertiti who looked real preddy!

sure, guess all those theorys about the age of the sphinx are wrong

well, lets go everyone back into the TARDIS

*TARDIS noises*

here we are, roughly 1,500 years later
the reign of Akhenaten, this is a time of revoloution in egypt, as Akhenaten has instituted his belief in Aten as the only god of Egypt, and also the belief that only by worshiping him and Nefertiti can the people worship Aten, and most, if not all the temples of Amun Ra have been damaged or destroyed

No, the sphynx is pretty much on target. Guesstimates of it's age ranged from 3rd to 6th millenium, BC, (Roughly 2500-5500 BC) although it's more likely the lower end.

HHmm, clones could work, but I suspect that they'd be as lethargic and lazy as me and the tardis would just end up full of depressed stressed people!

Hhm, he is rather terrifying isn't he! Probably shouldn't have let him nibble on all that toxic waste! I think the llamas have made themselves dar too at home here. It's possible that they count as a new sub-species of mutant domesticated llamas.

Don't stare directly at him as I think he has strange hypnotic powers! I swear I've already lost an hour this morning. Not sure what I did during it!

They are good at herding Mummies though. We have them all cornered in one distant section of the tardis. What should we do with them now?

Whack them in the head, like in the Mummy movies? Unravel their wrappings so that they fall apart and we can sweep them out like common dust?

Or...sit back and watch the mutant llama herd them around. That seems to be an entertaining prospect...

Who are we kidding, anyway? Anything and everything we do from now until June 23rd is just a temporary mental Band-aid, meant to keep us just in the bounds of sanity while we wait ever so impatiently for SERENITY DAY!!!
