I finally got around to watching Dodgeball for the first time over the weekend and damn I thought Alan Tudyk was funny as hell (I didn't even know he was in it!)

He had me speaking 'pirate' all evening long...hehehehe.

GHAR!!!!

If you like him in that, watch him in 28 Days, with Sandra Bullock or A Knight's Tale with Heath Ledger. Anything with our beloved Wash in it is worth watching.

It's from the movie, remember? Watt (Alan Tudyk) was always threatening to do beat the crap out of people.

Is 28 Days any good?
I saw it for sale the other week and thought about buying it but I've never seen it and don't really know much about it apart from it stars Sandra bullock and Alan Tudyk (is he a main character?)

He's not a main character, but the movie is worth watching just for his scenes.

well I'll take that under consideration

I can't remember how much I saw it for now, so when I check next time, if I feel I can spare the cash, I'll get it
To be honest, I've got a bunch of movies I've bought recently despite never having had seen them, and I still haven't watched them - so it's not like there's a shortage of things to watch

A word of warning about 28 Days - if, half an hour in, you find yourself really scared and wondering who the zombies are going to eat next, don't bother waiting for Alan to turn up.

And Dodgeball is good fun. The end is particularly fun when it's almost as though Alan turns up out of character (which he sort of does).

Yarrrr. The Steve the Pirate Movie campaign starts here.

(It was actually called 51st State over here so the joke doesn't work as well)

I liked the "alternate" ending for Dodgeball on the DVD. I wonder if anyone believed it.

I just love watching people getting smacked in the head with a dodgeball or a wrench. I laugh every time I see it.

If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball.

There's an alternate ending?

I don't believe I've seen that (then again, I dont think I've watched the DVD extras)

Oh yeah, I've seen the ending after the credits, but I'm going to have to look at the extras for that piece of "artistic integrity"

Alan is enjoyable in 28 Days, but I find it hard to get past all the rest of it.

Knight's Tale and Dodgeball are FANTASTIC for Alan and everything else.
