Ok, I ordered some shirts from them about the end of Jan and have yet to see them. Normally I'd wait because I've seen people post that it took a long time for the shipment to arrive.

But, I'm moving mid-end Apr.

So, I'm starting to get worried and I can't find any contact info anywhere for them.

Little help?

(ps. Yes I could tell the post-office to redirect, but in the backwater that I'm currently "living" in, the suck (read: 50% failure rate). So, I'd rather just have it sent to where I'm going to be if that's possible.)

Just about to post on this myself. I'm to lazy to look up exactly when I ordered but it must have been at least a month ago. Anybody know whats happening at Blue Sun Shirts?

Go to their web site, click on something to buy. If you choose the PayPal option you get their email address. If you choose pay by check or money order you get their snail mail address.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

SigmaNunki, try Alex's email:

alex157@pwhome.com

Alex runs bluesunshirts.com & he is a standup guy. If you haven't gotten your order I am sure it is just some sort of mix up and not intentional. Discuss it w/ Alex & I am certain he will take good care of you.

I've ordered stuff from him before and had no issues. Seemed to be a nice guy. Just been awhile, and couldn't find contact info.

Thanks again

SigmaNunki, I haven't heard back from Alex either. I will email him again and contact his company (where he worked last I heard) to see if I can reach him.

As I posted elsewhere, I had quick delivery of a very nice shirt from this company not too long ago, but zero communication otherwise.

On the eBay help boards we advise people if they are having this sort of trouble to file a claim through PayPal for nonreceipt. You can always drop the claim when you get a satisfactory response. It's just a way to make sure the seller is aware of the gravity of your concern with your order. Also if you wait more than 45 days, I think it is, after payment, you can no longer start this process, so it's best to start it before then and drop it if need be.
