What works for me is finding an online FPS shooter game like Team Fortress Classics or Quake 3. Make up some totally irritating nickname like the Pacifier, or the OWNER, or Defiler of Your Mothers, and go online for awhile, and try to learn the game so that you are the best. Then once you are ready, and once you start coming home from work in a bad mood...go online and kill everyone WHILE you are insulting them. It helps if you can make annoying binds that you use everytime you kill someone. I have these binds that I made so whenever I kill someone it says "Taste It" or "Die Mama's Boy" or something like that. Make sure that whatever bind you create and use makes no sense at all. Its soul purpose is to annoy the other players into wanting to come after you...then of course you kill them and insult them some more.

I discovered this form of "therapy" when I was in this computer store trying to buy some software, and their was this kid on one of the demo computers that had an internet connection. That demo computer had Quake 3 on it. That kid was on some server, and he was beating up all of these players, while laughing at them in a way that was scary. I went over to watch what he was doing and he told me about the binds that he created, and how it was pissing off everyone. He said it was his "cure" for his bad mood. I knew I had to try this!

So basically, you train yourself in a FP shooter game of your choice, and then you go online and be a big bully! Crude method, but its well worth it after coming home from another hen-pecked day at your job, and its the only time in life that you will be able to dish out some justice, by method of violence and insults to faceless people. After you are done, you (I) always feel so much better.

Another method is to buy a dog and kick it everyday and howl with laughter to the tune of its screams, but since I love animals, I wouldnt recommend that method.

Guess this all sounds a bit whiny on my part; who knows, maybe it is. But I'm very very grateful for the Browncoats - far as I know, I've never actually met anyone from this site, but the folk here have got me through some pretty deep valleys. Thanks for being one of them.
