yeah ok you know you're a browncoat if so far today you have almost flooded the basement by getting distracted by threads and leaving the water on the new bedding plants for so very long, then you get so in to reading everyone's posts on you are a browncoat if that you forget it's the gardner's day and the only thing that brings it to your mind is the sound of him starting the mower, which causes you to have to run out and clean up after the dogs ( because I can't in good conscience make the gardner do it) so you run around like a maniac cleaning up after them all the while thinking, when I get done I am so posting this....grin
and deepgirl all you have to do is move to Utah and be young enough to be in junior high. Oh and of course you have to go to my school.

While playing WoW you are slightly disgruntled that the good guys are called the "Alliance" and wonder if any of the "Reaver" type creations in the game are cousins with the ones on Firefly and Serenity.

You take a picture of your roommates black lab/mix dog named ZOE and your red Miniature Pinscher who you have dubbed as "WASH" together.

Your roommate fire back at you "Some people juggle geese" as a retort.

And all of the other obvious ones... like Gorram it, Shiny and Go-se in day to day conversations..

You read this entire post in one sitting and you realize you are on Fireflyfan.net more than any other website during the day.

....you don't mind dropping food in your lap because it gives you the oppurtunity to say that it is being problematic.

....your driveway is covered in flower petals from your appletree, and as you walk acoss it barefoot you think "look at me, I'm River!"

.... while watching a production of "Miss Saigon" you almost laugh out loud (at a point that laughing would NOT be appropriate) because one of the characters is kneeling in front of a small altar and "Dear Budah, please bring me a pony and a plastic rocket" pops into your head.

.... you are excited by the necklace your future sister in law bought you 2 years ago, because it's a leaf and it makes you think of Wash, and anything that makes you think of Wash makes you smile....except shish-kabob.

OH! Also, you are currently watching "I, Robot" (on FX) and even though you're not enjoying it, you keep watching just to hear Alan Tudyk's voice.

Some days I wonder if Serenity was our greatest defeat.....DVD's help. Been missing FF a lot the last few weeks is all.

On a happy note, I work in a call center and say shiny a lot. You would shocked how many people get the reference.

You know you're a Browncoat when a) you have not one but 3 copies each of the Firefly and Serenity DVDS. One to watch, one as back up in case the first one wears out, and one to lend to friends who are bored and want something good to watch.
B) you buy the blue ray versions of both Firefly and Serenity even though it will be a while before you can afford blue ray technology, on the assumption that you will one day.
c) you get excited but a little sad everytime you see any of the actors, writers, or crew involved in other projects and watch them just because they are involved as you know they will enhance whatever it is, even if their part is small and may go unnoticed by others.
