Hey

I was just curious. Are there any HSX players here who have invested in SERENITY? I was just wondering how all of you guys have been fairing with the stock itself.

I bought 50,000 shares in the movie when it was at $53.12. When I bought it (I can't remember the exact date, but it must've been around the beginning of 05), I imagined that it would only get larger, but in fact, I actually lost over half a mill on it, but I held onto it because I figured it would get back to it's original price and more. Right now, it's hovering around it's original price. On any given day, it's either a few cents higher or lower.

Hopefully in two weeks, the price for the flick will skyrocket, so that I can actually make a profit off the movie.

In comparison, CORPSE BRIDE I bought 20,000 shares at $28.50, and is now at $60.31. Most of my stocks are at 20,000, but at 40,000 I have KING KONG and USED GUYS. Made a huge profit with the former and expect a bigger profit with the latter.

Any traders here that have invested in SERENITY? If so, how's the stock been treating you?

C'mon, who's a lit-tle fear demon?
GILES: Don't taunt the fear demon.
XANDER: Why? Can he hurt me?
GILES: No, it's just… tacky.

MANWITHPEZ

Important people don't do field work.

I have invested in Serenity, Alan Tudyk, Nathan Fillion, and Joss Whedon, and they have all treated me very well...Especially Nathan and Serenity...

Just give it time, man! The hype is only growing, which means that the stock will do the same!!! Serenity has just had a hard time getting over the slump of having its release date pushed back...

Yes, I've sunk about 1.5 mil into the BDM. The last few days have seen a bit of an increase, but it fell today, so....biting my nails until the 30th. As if I need another reason to look forward to it.
Joss Whedon stock is doing very well, and I got some Wonder Woman as well.

TOMANTA

My portfolio is chock full of Serenity stocks. Outside of funds and an the Call for Corpse Bride, I currently have (all MAX):

Serenity
Slither (Nathan's next flick)
Wonder Woman

Alan Tudyk
Chiwetel Ejiofor
David Krumholtz
Joss Whedon
Nathan Fillion

(I only have one movie/actor stock outside of this, and that's Clive Owen... I don't remember why or when).

As of this moment, Serenity (not including Slither/WW) has made me:
$2,561,820.25

David Krumholtz and Serenity have been the most profitable (I have no idea why David's went up so much).
