I have the details... There is good news and bad news...

GREAT news: EVERYONE should come. No passes, everyone who can make it
will likely get in. They're expecting ~200-225 open seats. We can
totally fill those. Let's prove it!

Bad News: It's showing at 4:00 pm.
But really, you're not going to waste all those sick hours you're
accruing being sick are you?

Good news: It's showing at the Metreon - yay good sound and picture
quality!

So, to sum up: Serenity is showing at the Metreon at 4pm, Wednesday,
Sept. 7th. EVERYONE can come, don't worry about having a pass. Is moot
point. Come early, line up, get in the door.

If you can make it, e-mail to let me know so I know how many people to
expect. And if you guys can make sure this info has been posted on
the boards where you first found out about it, that would be awesome.

if i hadnt already gone to the sacramento showing i would do what i could to get there but by the time i could line up itd be full up anyway lol.

I'm leavin school at 2:30 to drive to Frisco (it takes me 30-45 minutes)..So I'll get there around 3:30..That should be enogh time. To line up/ and/or get a good seat.

Ummmm....silly question.......I didn't get a pass when they were going around originally.
Do I just buy a ticket at the door, or do I have to get in touch with Arielle before Wednesday?
Also, does anyone know the exact length of the feature? And is there going to be stuff to do before and after?

I wish to the Holy mother of god and all her wacky nephews that i could go on that day, but it is my first day of a very important acting class. If I want to work with Joss one day ( my personaly goal) then i need to do good in school. This is my senior year of college and i truely wish that i could attend this screening. but not being able to see it will just build upon my excitement for that very special midnight showing on september 30th! but what time are ya'll going to get there? my class starts at 3:30 and it is close to the Metreon. hopefully i can stop by and say hi to some fellow browncoats!

No you dont need a ticket before hand. Just get there AT THE LATEST 30 min prior. The theater is on the third floor.

I'm not sure about any events. I have heard rumour that there will be some kind of midnight showing of firefly episodes in the theater though. I cant confirm that tho.
