And I, for one, am ruttin' stoked. Think about it, less than a month until the Big Damn Movie hits general release! I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve.

With that in mind, we can expect our collective nerves to get a little frayed in the weeks to come. After all, a kid is never as antsy as on Xmas eve -- all those shiny presents, just begging to get opened. Makes it seem a little worse perhaps that some several few of us have gotten to peek under the wrapping already. Lucky Stiffs.

Others have already noted that flame wars are beginning to break out, along with calls for embargo or attack on web sites that have committed the smallest offenses, or simply demonstrated how loudly they can make a fool of themselves.

It's time to unlax a little, and enjoy the wait.

With that, and contradicting my own point, I'll see you all in nine days for the three-week benchmark, in sixteen for the two-week, etc, etc, etc.

I myself can hardly wait any longer, I'm going opening day and probably a few more times after that I must say. Lets all pray to Buddha to make these following weeks to go by faster.

DEADDUCK

Damn....I just watched the whole series of Firefly for the first time and it kicked ass! Yay for dvd's. Urg it sucks because now I'm all hyped up about the movie. I guess watching Firefly again and again will tide me over. On a somewhat related note I've noticed a few funny things (dunno if they've been mentioned here or not).

In Bushwhaked Jaynes wearing a Blue Sun t-shirt. I just thought that was amusing.

I think they recycled the kid that spotted Jayne in Jaynestown. He looks like the same kid in the front of the mob at the end of Safe.

Anyone else notice anything odd like that?

I've seen the damn thing and I'm *still* breathless with anticipation.

I'm gonna see it opening night and several times later that week.
