Just messin with ya. I'm a long time addict of Firefly.

Its just that it seems there a good many threads started these days from people purporting to be new to Firefly, I get the feeling that most are fans just fishing for attention(kinda like this here thread...).

Could be i'm wrong though.

some of us ARE new to the Firefly clan though. I only started watching it when a friend from work gave me the set because he was addicted and knew that I was addicted to "Buffy" and "Angel" and that I also liked Joss' humour.

This was only about 2 months ago. Since then I have been surfing the net for a current, fairly frequented forum site to discus "Firefly".

I'm glad I stumbled upon this forum. IT ROCKS, with lots of great facts and threads to add to. Also, it's current. Some other forum sites haven't had a tread added to or created for MONTHS. It's depressing if you want to discuss ideas with someone and there is no evidence that anyone wants to talk back. :smile:

with serenity coming out this fall you should have expected something like this: people making converts to have more freaks at the theatre with them etc.
