Alliance uniform upgrade for movie?

We've all been speculating about specific things in the upcoming movie about minute details. I was just curious about something.

In the commentary for "The Train Job", they said that it's no coincidence that the Alliance soldiers look like the soldiers from STARSHIP TROOPERS. They rented out the costumes left over from that movie for their show to save money. Now, that's a really good cost efficient thing for the show at the time, as well as a slight dig to a bad, pro-fascist movie that hasn't aged well, as opposed to FIREFLY. But seeing as how the movie has a bigger budget than the entire series, I was just wondering if the uniforms of the enemy soldiers will be the usual purple bellies, or if in that time, the Alliance and all it's immense wealth would've sprung for some new uniforms.

And wow! Hey! What's this thing suddenly coming towards me very fast? Very very fast. So big and flat and round, it needs a big wide sounding name like ... ow ... ound ... round ... ground! That's it! That's a good name - ground! I wonder if it will be friends with me?
