Will the trailer still be shown with Elektra?

Saw National Treasure this weekend. Yeah, I liked it. A good clean action / adventure flick. They showed previews for Elektra & Hitchhikers Guide. Elektra looks like it might be good. But the thought struck me. Originally, much was said that the Serenity trailer would be shown during Elektra. So....now that our beloved BDM is not showing till September, will the trailer be delayed as well. I sure as heck hope not. Anybody heard anything?

the movie is not the Series. Only the facts have been changed, to irritate the innocent; the names of the actors and characters remain the same

For those of us not really interested in Electra, I wonder when the preview will start airing on tv. Also, I'm not sure I want to see the preview, because things like that always give so much away. Argh, torn. I really really want to see the trailer, but I don't want it to give anything about the sacred BDM away!

For once I'd like to see a non-spoilerific. Just really cool SHORT shots that don't give away the coolest moments and best lines. Yeah. *Nods*

Im pretty sure I read somewhere that the trailer wont be released with elektra. Im pretty sure universal wont be actively promoting the BDM for seven months. I hope they do though.

Yeah, I know about the comic.

I also know that movie versions rarely have too much to do with the comicverse, especially when they cross over.

Frex, the Daredevil, X-Men, and Spiderman movies likely don't happen in the same universe (I doubt Kingpin would ignore Oscorp, or that either of them would ignore the "Mutant Menace"), while the comics do.
