Like it or not, Trump is your 47th President.

I will start this by saying that I'm just as nervous about Republicans now winning the House as well as the President and the Senate as I am excited about the prospect.

I've NEVER liked it when any party held all the reins, and I have a long post history here saying as much. It's only in this weird hyper-partisan fucking decade we've been living in where seeing your preferred party running all 3 houses starts sounding like a good idea, even to someone like me.

I KNOW that it is not a good idea. If Trump does everything I want him to do AND NOTHING that I DON'T want him to do, wow... that works out great for me.

But that's not how these things work.

I know that the both of you know this, even if you almost never called out your party for things you knew were pure fucking bullshit over the last four years. *A nod has to go here to Ted for bravely stating that he was not going to get behind CRT being taught in schools back when that was an issue that people talked about.

I want the both of you to come to me with REAL double-plus ungood things that Trump or anyone in his administration are doing. Actual bad ideas that will negatively impact American Citizens. I want to know about all of them.

But none of this out of context soundbyte crap that it appears the majority of Americans have finally become immune to. I don't want to hear any more of that bullshit out of anyone.

REAL things. I'm sure there will be REAL things to complain about. I want to hear about them.

Stop fucking calling everyone who doesn't agree with you a racist or a sexist when they are not racists and sexists. No more dropping the Nazi word when you're having a temper tantrum. Grow the fuck up and let's have real discussions in here instead of just being annoying bullhorns for a lying media.

We don't have to be at each other's throats every day.

I'm not the bad guy. This election isn't the end of the world.

I want to know about any legitimate gripe anybody has with actual policy issues and I don't want to hear a single word about anything that Trump said and how it offended you for the next 4 years.

And I especially never want to hear about how you got offended for somebody else because of their skin color or sex organs. We're done listening to college educated white people telling everyone who isn't a college educated white person how they should be living their lives.

All of that bullshit finally died this morning when the election was called for Trump. The fact that Trump is going to win the popular vote convincingly like I said he would is the mandate against almost every discussion that has been had here in the RWED for the last 4 years, and the Democrat Party and its Legacy Media propaganda wing would do well to recognize that and make adjustments accordingly.

Going forward, if you want to have adult conversations about real, hyperbole-free issues. Let's do this.

Truth be told, I'd like to have a conversation with Ted now that the election is over.

But I'm afraid he's going to stay away until the Media has new shitty stuff for him to say and we're never actually going to have any meaningful dialogue. And then it will be just 4 more years of everyone saying shitty things to each other every day.

I'm aware of the stuff in California and I've made mention of it in the Election 2024 thread.

First thing: Biden is President, not Trump. As for your preference for a divided government, that is why the Federal government malfunctions constantly.
