People who attempt to change sex have to realize that biology - and reality - will still have an effect. There is a price of pay for trying to change sex when your DNA says otherwise. You wind up being in-between. Most of the time, if you manage to change your appearance sufficiently there is no social blowback. But you will never be able to father (or give birth to) children if your biology says otherwise, and there should be a price to pay in sports, where biology counts.
