Meanwhile - Trump - still innocent.

Meanwhile -- Trump is guilty of NOT collecting $1 Trillion per year in owed taxes. That level of cheating won't stop until Trump is made an example of a tax cheater who gets punished.

While Nixon was President, Congress decided that half of Nixon's fortune, accumulated over decades, was owed as back taxes. Nixon paid. Trump, on the other hand, didn't pay what he owed from the 8 years before being elected and didn't pay anything while he was President. Nixon's obvious tax cheating had Policy Implications back when Nixon was President and the same implications were true while Trump was President:

The power of the office in overseeing the administration of the tax system puts the president in a position of potential conflict of interest; the president can reduce his own taxes by fraudulent means and put pressure on the IRS, which may lack the will to properly audit the president. Confidentiality of tax returns enabled the conflict of interest to develop into abuse. On being revealed that a president had not paid much income tax, the public's faith in the tax system and in the government was shattered.

1kiki, go ahead and read "President Nixon's Troublesome Tax Returns" for how Congress handled Nixon. Congress back in the 70's directly looked at Nixon's tax returns without assuming Nixon was "innocent". It was not left to the extremely slow court system to decide how much Nixon owed.

"President Nixon's Troublesome Tax Returns" is less disturbing than President Trump's Troublesome Tax Returns, because under Trump the richest Americans decided that they could do as Trump did and NOT PAY ABOUT $1 TRILLION PER YEAR WHILE TRUMP WAS PRESIDENT. Nobody famous has been charged with a crime, but somebody is not "innocent" when $4 trillion is not paid, 1kiki. Those other billionaires won't pay if they see Trump doesn't have to pay after he is out of office. They are all "innocent" and they are all not paying, same as Trump.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

SLOPPY, what does Congress have to do with Trump being 'guilty' and 'Trump Going to Jail'? The answer, in case you can't manage to type out a truth, is 'nothing'.

I realize your poor English is a problem, and that you're not an American familiar with America and its Constitution and laws ... but ... even you must understand the differences between the US Congress and the US criminal justice system.

Meanwhile, Trump is still innocent.

I hope at this point there is no doubt in anyone's mind what you are and why you're here. And all this was by way of demonstrating in one place how far you'll go to insist on a lie.

As you've shown over the years, there is no fact, no reason, no demeanor, no shame, no humanity, that diminishes your pathology in any way.

Such is your fundamental nature.

1kiki, you made it super clear that you did NOT understand "President Nixon's Troublesome Tax Returns"
http://www.taxhistory.org/thp/readings.nsf/cf7c9c870b600b9585256df8007

The shortest version of the article you don't understand goes like this:

1. There was a hint that Nixon cheated on his taxes.

2. Republicans in Congress audited Nixon's tax returns out of concern that Nixon's cheating would encourage other tax payers to cheat as Nixon was possibly doing.

3. Congress discovered Nixon did cheat.

4. Republicans threatened to remove Nixon from office if he did not pay. The Republicans wanted other tax payers to know cheating by even the President was NOT tolerated.

5. Nixon paid because the alternative was to be kicked out of office.

Here is the part 1kiki really can't understand. I expect 1kiki will once again write "innocent until proven guilty":

In the case of Trump's blatant tax cheating, Republicans did nothing. Congressional Republicans have the power to stop a President from cheating. Federal courts don't have the power to stop a President from cheating or anything else. Even after a President leaves office, Federal courts are almost powerless to stop anybody who is wealthy and has good lawyers. Trump is not President, but he is still wealthy, and lower courts can't force Trump to pay his taxes. Many years from now, Trump's lawyers will be appealing his tax cheating to the Supreme Court. Back in Nixon's tax cheating days the Congressional Republicans did NOT allow scofflaw Nixon to cheat because his cheating would cause other tax payers to cheat.

Billionaires imitated Trump's tax cheating by not paying their taxes (approximately $4 trillion over Trump's 4 years) while Republicans did nothing about this rampant tax cheating. Republicans are still supporting tax cheating while Biden is president. The cheating can only be stopped if Congressional Republicans help Biden. It is too late for Republicans to stop Trump's cheating. Now it is up to the Federal Courts, but Trump set a bad example which will make it much more difficult for the IRS to collect taxes from other billionaires, at least until Trump is finally punished for his cheating by the Federal courts many years from now.

At this point 1kiki will once again write "innocent until proven guilty", which proves 1kiki did not understand the $4 trillion consequences of President Trump cheating on his taxes and going unpunished by Congressional Republicans. 6ix will write "Trump will be fine" when he should write Trump should be fined for tax cheating.

No, I'm not defending Trump. But unlike you, I'm a real American. And I'm defending the American foundational concept "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law".

Maybe you've heard of that, wherever it is you live? But I'm guessing you're too stooopid to understand what that means. Because if you did understand it you wouldn't have Trump convicted and jailed before there's even a trial.

In the meantime, why don't you explain to us all why you - and SLOPPY, of course - keep bringing up Trump. He's not the president anymore. Have you grasped that concept yet?

THUGGER is an idiot. It's that simple.

1kiki, your understanding of the American legal system is stuck at the elementary school level. Why not just say, as all Trumptards would, that Trump is NOT guilty because you and he say he is NOT guilty. Don't drag into this your childish misunderstandings about how the courts work. What a prosecuting lawyer would say is that Trump has not been indicted by a grand jury. Innocent or guilty is not something a grand jury decides. The final decision is for an appeals court ten or fifteen years from now, after a jury has decided Trump is guilty and Trump's lawyers take his conviction to every court in the land, including the Supreme Court, in an expensive effort to overturn a decision about a tax cheating crime Trump committed back in 2010. Maybe Trump will be lucky and die from obesity before the final decision. Wouldn't that be nice! He could say for the rest of his life that he was "innocent" and his estate will pay the taxes Trump owed since 2010. (Trump's heirs will probably be sued to pay what Trump's estate owed in taxes. Litigation for that will take years and will be stymied by the bankruptcy of Trump's children. With the best lawyers, Trump's taxes from 2010 will never be paid.)

It’s revealing when kiki conveniently cannot recall all the accusations she has made in these threads towards Clinton and Obama. Even though her indictments against these people where always debunked by the facts, throughout the Trump administration she continued to rehash them. Guilty despite the facts she would voice. Yet always with Trump it’s innocent despite the facts.

Notice also how she and signym insist we cease and desist any further comments that disparage Trumps and yes Putins' images. They're waging a war against those who even mention them. All while waving the American flag. This behavior deeply resembles the behavior of Q representatives. Which they are. It was signym who introduced Q to these threads.

I had two Trumptards as partners when I started business. I joined with these engineers because they had knowledge and experience I did not have, but they also had psychological deficiencies that made them, 20 years after our partnership broke up, vote for Trump. (6ix, 1kiki and Signym have the same deficiencies.) The two Trumptards continued in business without me and failed while I went about my successful business.

The best decision I ever made was to abandon those Trumptards and let them stubbornly impoverish themselves without taking my fortunes down with theirs. Too bad America cannot abandon its 74,223,369 Trumptards, but there is no way in the Constitution to kick those crazy idiots out of our business. At least I am not required to hire Trumptards. That's a wonderful blessing provided by the Constitution.

Do you want an example of a rich person, not Trump, who is "innocent until proven guilty"? Wealthy Robert Durst is the example. Durst is on trial on Monday in California for murdering a witness to the murder of his wife. He was previously on trial for murdering a different witness in Galveston, Texas but because Durst killed the witness with a gun and then said "I was only protecting myself!" Durst was declared "innocent". Texas jurors are very peculiar people and there were a few on Durst's trial jury that wouldn't convict him.
www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/may/22/robert-durst-susan-berman-murd
er-trial

Robert Durst is "innocent until proven guilty" because his example of murdering witnesses will not set off a series of copycat murders of witnesses. But unlike Durst, Trump's tax cheating has already set off $4 trillion in copycat tax cheating. The cheating won't slow down when Trump goes on trial for tax cheating. Cheating probably won't even start slowing until Trump is in jail. President Trump and Congressional Republicans have shown, at least so far, that the wealthy can cheat as much as they want.

Per usual, 6ix, you missed the point. Robert Durst is "innocent until proven guilty". Unlike Durst, an ordinary rich person, a President of the United States needs to prove he is not guilty. Why? Because presidential tax cheating sets off a wave of copy cat cheating. Trump, by example, started a $4 trillion wave of cheating. Trump, as President, had plenty of opportunities to prove he wasn't cheating. He made a campaign promise to provide the proof he was innocent. But then he went to the Supreme Court, twice, to withhold the proof. Trump made it perfectly obvious why he withheld proof. And other rich tax cheaters are following his example.

Trump was the second President who cheated on his taxes. Nixon was the first, but Republicans in Congress forced him to pay his taxes or else be removed from office. On the other hand, Republicans in Congress exempted Trump from paying by making it perfectly clear they won't investigate his tax returns. Instead, Republicans covered up Trump's tax cheating:

Trump could prove he didn't cheat, but what he proved by withholding his tax returns is that he DID cheat. During Trump's presidency, cheating has exploded into about $1 trillion per year scandal, but there aren't any Republicans in Congress who see that as problem. I wonder why Trumptards don't see their Congressman's indifference to stopping cheating as a problem? Perhaps Trumptards are cheating, too? Maybe just shaving off a few hundred dollars per year from the actual amount they owe?

I've sat around many campfires over my years of deer hunting where the future Trumptards bragged about their dishonesty at paying taxes. I can see why they voted for a tax cheater.

How about this title to one of your threads. I think this will do as a response to your bullshit. I could but won’t attach this to all your, me and second are not American posts because we say Trump is guilty of many crimes. It’s just that it’s so funny I think I’d die laughing as I did so.

Awww ... that's so sweet. You don't know what a question mark means.

And you can' tell the difference between my colloquial use of 'guilt' in a question; and you having already jailed Trump despite no conviction, no trial, and not even any formal criminal charges.

It was criminally incompetent misbehavior by Trump, but America has seen criminally incompetent Presidents before who never were charged with a crime. The Presidents before and after Lincoln, James Buchanan and Andrew Johnson, come to the attention of historians as negligent politicians, but they weren't charged. After leaving office, nothing happened to Buchanan or Johnson other than a bad reputation and a low rank given to them by historians.

I just checked and found Trump, Buchanan and Johnson are the worst three Presidents:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_rankings_of_presidents_of_the
_United_States#Siena_College_Research_Institute,_Presidential_Expert_Poll_of_2018

If Trump actually starts another Civil War with his claims of a stolen election, his reputation will rise with a certain kind of American. I'm pretty sure that Trumptards would put up statues to him. Trumptards are the same people who want to protect statues to Confederates, traitors to America, so why not Trump statues for them to worship at?

In China, there was a giant gold Mao statue that was knocked down. America deserves a giant Trump statue, painted gold, to knock down. Building the Trump monument will please some and demolishing it will please others. Its a win/win and something to fight over since the man Trump is not going to get knocked down like he should.

Trump was not even close to one of the worst Presidents, let alone making the top three.

Anybody who says that he is should have their degree shredded and their college tuition refunded.

P.S. If you pretend you don't like Mao, then why do you support a Democratic Party in 2021 that uses the history of Mao like a playbook?

I am following what is being reported on Trump. What crimes they may be able to charge him with. We both know he has committed many. Good for you but I do not care to have a philosophical discussion about past presidents and extraneous foreign leaders every time I post about current events. Especially since your opinion concerning Trump is consistently, why bother.

You responded to my post by making a charge of wrongdoing or fault toward other persons which is whataboutism. You are free to continue doing so but you should know I mostly ignore what follows the first few sentences in your posts.

I read what I post and that's enough. I offer my opinion in a few sentences, if at all. I also do not post large amounts of articles. Only enough for people to get the gist of it. Then if they chose to follow the link they can read it for themselves.

You got that idea about Democrats from unsuccessful President Herbert Hoover: What the battle between Herbert Hoover and FDR can teach us
https://web.archive.org/web/20210312174518if_/https://www.theatlantic.

I heard the same things 6ix is saying about Democrats from my father's father, who was a Klansman and a small, unsuccessful farmer, my mother's father, who was broken-down Southern aristocracy and an unsuccessful shoe salesman, and my father, who was a Burger King manager. Not surprisingly, my ancestors with the belief that Democrats are Commies did NOT do well. They struggled to stay in the middle class, but in my experience with family and Texas Trumptards, that's what happens when false political ideas control you. False ideas will keep you struggling for life. (By the way, none of my ancestors ever understood what they were doing wrong; they believed until death that their financial problems were all caused by the 20th Century's equivalent of 21st Century Libtards. It's depressing to know how easily they could have improved their fortunes, but they would have to first give up their false beliefs. They won't do it. They couldn't even imagine doing it.)

If you want victory in war or business, attack your enemy where he is weakest, not where he is strongest. Attacking what Trump did as President, and you are attacking him where he is strong and has the most supporters. At least one supporter will end up on any jury that is voting to convict. Even one Trumptard on the jury makes it impossible to convict Trump, but there is an area where there will be no jury: Trump's tax cheating. It is Trump v. IRS. He will lose and there will be no hidden Trumptard on the jury voting not to convict. Taking away Trump's money is the quickest and surest path to victory.

Doing the math may suggest a Trump supporter will make it onto the jury at a Trump trial. I would suggest not all Trump supporters are fanatical followers. Some are just devote Republicans, and some or many may be upset with how he destroyed the party. I chose hope, instead of jumping to its hopeless as you do again except when talking about his problems with the IRS. All of the negative press he gets contributes to his legacy of being a criminal president. I see that as justice being served as well.

As President, Trump did a thousand uniquely criminal acts, one after another, all of those acts as part of his Presidential duties. Even when he was obstructing justice during the Mueller investigation, a legal argument could be made that it was Trump's duty to obstruct what his attorneys will claim was a strictly partisan and political investigation of his Presidency. The criminal courts cannot handle cases where jurors are told it is political. The jury will let Trump go free. But there is one thing Trump has done at least 40 times over the last 40 years and there is no way to convince a jury that it is political: Trump's yearly tax returns.

Trump's lawyers might make the same argument about taxes as they would with Trump's obstruction of justice as being politics, not being criminal, but Trump's lawyers won't be able to make that believable, like they could with obstruction of justice or interfering with counting votes in Georgia or Trump's speech on January 6th. Trump can't use the excuse that tax cheating, which Trump did before being elected, is politics. Nobody will believe Trump's tax cheating is connected to Trump's presidential duties. Trump will get convicted for sure. Maybe he will ALSO get convicted for at least one of the thousand other criminal acts. Who knows? But tax cheating is guaranteed to put Trump in jail.

Here is Trump worried that he will be convicted of tax cheating:
https://www.donaldjtrump.com/desk/desk-w2snhrwejb/
He knows that tax returns are where he is weakest.

How about this argument? Trump's legal defenses for tax fraud are extremely weak. His tax cases will be the first cases to go to trial because prosecutors have been working on those cases for years.

What? What? What? Maybe I was not clear enough. I have never used any other names to post here than these two: "two" and "second". Let me quote a little bit of a Trump rant to show you how fearful he is being caught for tax cheating:

These Democrat offices are consumed with this political and partisan Witch Hunt at a time when crime is up big in New York City, shootings are up 97%, murders are up 45%, a rate not seen in 40 years, drugs and criminals are pouring into our Country in record numbers from our now unprotected Southern Border, and people are fleeing New York for other much safer locations to live. But the District Attorney and Attorney General are possessed, at an unprecedented level, with destroying the political fortunes of President Donald J. Trump and the almost 75 million people who voted for him, by far the highest number ever received by a sitting President. That is what these investigations are all about—a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of the United States. Working in conjunction with Washington, these Democrats want to silence and cancel millions of voters because they don’t want “Trump” to run again. As people are being killed on the sidewalks of New York at an unprecedented rate, as drugs and crime of all kinds are flowing through New York City at record levels, with absolutely nothing being done about it, all they care about is taking down Trump.

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/desk/desk-w2snhrwejb

Trump's bullshit goes on and on because he is worried about losing his fortune to unpaid tax bills and fines for paying late. Trump is referring to crime rate numbers going up while he was President, by the way, as if the tax accountants looking into Trump's tax cheating are also responsible for taking away guns from murderers before they murder:

Your problem with English isn't your usage.

It's that you lie with it so much nobody knows when anything you say is actually true, or at least something that you believe is true.

You and Marcos are one in the same. And now that you can't filter all of your Socialist and Communist bullshit through him, it's starting to leak out from your Second handle.

How long until you go from calling me Trumptard every day to proving me right and just telling me to kill myself.

We already know you'd much rather be calling me a Nazi right now instead of Trumptard, but that would even be obvious enough for Ted to have to admit that you are Marcos.

Yeah, SLOPPY's habitual horrid behavior here has earned him permanent disbelief, among all but the dumbest.

But to get back to the OT for a bit ... have criminal charges been filed against Trump yet? Because as far as I know, here in America, the first step in going to jail is being charged with something criminal. (There are many many more steps after that, but you need to take the first one, here in America.) Maybe the countdown clock should be more modest and less lynch-mob-like, and should aim for something more immediate, like criminal charges being filed against Trump.

Actually, the first step toward jail is taken by a prosecutor looking at Trump's behavior. Trump has been looked at. He even took his case to the Supreme Court, twice, to keep prosecutors from seeing his income tax returns, the ones he promised to make public knowledge while he was campaigning. Now that the prosecutors have those tax returns, despite Trump fighting them as if his life depended on keeping those secret, the prosecutors might not go to a grand jury because they think Trump is innocent. He could be. We will find out before the end of the year.

U.S. Supreme Court sets the stage for release of Trump tax returns, February 22, 2021

What did Trump say? “That’s fascism, not justice - and that is exactly what they are trying to do with respect to me, except that the people of our Country won’t stand for it.” If Trump was innocent, he'd be pleased to show his tax returns, since he already promised a hundred times to make those public knowledge. See the video of Trump making that promise:

Trump has the best accountants and lawyers in America, he says, people who produce perfectly honest tax returns. No cheating allowed, so no reason for him to worry about a grand jury:

Anybody want to put a list together of the campaign promises that Obama reneged on? Who's got the list of the campaign promises that Biden* will renege on in the last 3 1/2 years of his single term presidency?

My advice to anybody would be to instead make lists of campaign promises that they fulfilled. You'd save yourself a lot of time.

Of course, the same exact thing can be said of any single politician who ever ran in an election since elections were a thing.

How many times does this need to be explained to you Second?

I don't give a single shit how Trump made his money before he was a politician.

I care about how they end up rich after years of public "service".

I could live expense free for 5 years on what Nancy Pelosi spent on her refrigerator. I could make it to retirement and coast on Social Security if you threw in what she spent on the car she's driving around.

Give me liberty or just come shoot me in my house. I'm so over this ridiculous reality.

Here's something I haven't repeated a million time: half the Trumptards I know are crooks. I won't trust them to not steal. No surprise that you don't have any problem with Trump's crookedness, possibly because you are crooked.

6ix, you are insane to keep repeating those falsehoods about Nancy Pelosi, but I have said all Trumptards I know, not half of them, are crazy and stupid:
Fact check: No, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi isn't worth $196 million.

6ix, you and the rest of Trumptards are bitter because you are losing your grip on the middle class, but Trumptards get what they deserve because America does not value Trumptards' craziness and stupidity. Too bad for you.
