Damn! It didn't damn? You wouldn't know that from anything the MSM and Dems say. They're still locked and loaded on the same old collusion and obstruction horseshit. It's like their brains froze in one place and they cannot process anything beyond that.

In hundreds of "Witch Hunt" tweets, Trump denies that Russians committed crimes, but dozens of Russians were indicted by Mueller. That is Trump damning himself when he can't even be trusted to understand simple things like indictments of criminals.

Trump's answer to every question Mueller asked in Appendix C of the Mueller Report was either "I have no recollection" or "I do not recall". Trump damned himself with his amnesia and dementia. If he can't recall, he shouldn't be in the White House. Mike Pence should be in the job.

Trump is a confused old man. But if 6ix can't see it, 6ix is as confused as Trump is. I've read enough of 6ix's stuff to know he is mentally handicapped as severely as Trump. This is why both 6ix and Trump have physical troubles in the real world -- their brains are malfunctioning. It is all there in the Mueller Report about Trump's mental problems. 6ix's problems are spread all over fff.net for anyone to see.

Let's see how many threads we can find where Second threatens the lives of others, wishes death on political figures, talks about how he would murder political figures themselves, how he revels in ruining other people's lives, how he's better than you because he's rich, yada yada yada...

http://www.fireflyfans.net/mthreaduser.aspx?u=20832

There's a huge collective of reasons why we're both different, Second. One I might point out right now is that I'm not full of hatered and anger toward my fellow man, and I don't make a living using and abusing other people. Another I might point out is that I've admitted in plain view my own shortcomings here, on many occasions.

I do it here, as I've said before, rather than talking on Facebook where everybody knows my name because the RWED is my toilet.

Unlike you, a completely static character who is exactly the same person that they were when they signed up on this site in 2013, I've been working very hard to turn things around. I take full ownership of my problems. They were many years in the making. Trump isn't going to fix them. Hillary wouldn't have fixed them.

Yeah... my back is a bit up against the wall at the moment, but believe me, I've faced worse in my life. I'll figure it out and everything's going to be alright.

You would wither away and die if you had to spend a week in my shoes.

Why don't you go back to work in your Ivory Tower and go fire somebody else and ruin their life? You seem a bit on tilt today. I'm sure destroying somebody will make the pain go away.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

‘Coordinated anti-Trump campaign’ on Instagram found by data analytics firm
© Reuters / Dado Ruvic

Italian researchers have uncovered what they called a “coordinated social media operation”on Instagram intended to undermine US President Donald Trump, with many identical posts using hashtags like #ihatetrump and #ImpeachTrump.

Ghost Data, an Italian analytics firm, said the US president has been targeted by fake profiles created specifically to spread extreme and sometimes even violent anti-Trump messaging in an organized and coordinated way.

Their study identified a network of 350 anti-Trump Instagram accounts, which used graphic language to criticize the US president and found that 19 accounts led the way in promoting the content. Some of the postings could "easily" be regarded as "hate speech," the study said.

What the team uncovered was a "small operation" that is "very likely part of something bigger,"

The posts generated from the operation garnered more than 35.2 million interactions, with 3.9 million of them happening within the last two months when the campaign “swelled dramatically,” the researchers said. Interactions for the top 19 accounts are “growing exponentially,” generating nearly 70,000 likes and comments in just the first 10 days of May.

The accounts posted “similar or identical content” and many of the messages were published just a few minutes apart, the study noted. More tellingly, the accounts were all “activated and turned off” on the same day.

IRS Says It’s Required to Turn Over Trump’s Tax Returns to Congress

According to a confidential IRS legal memo, which has not been previously reported, the disclosure of tax returns to the committee “is mandatory, requiring the Secretary to disclose returns, and return information, requested by the tax-writing Chairs.” The 10-page document says the law “does not allow the Secretary to exercise discretion in disclosing the information provided the statutory conditions are met” and directly rejects the reason Mnuchin has cited for withholding the information.

Your puny laws don’t apply to Mr. Trump. This is just the opinion of a bunch of lawyers, anyway. Trump much prefers the manly advice of his personal attorney, Bill Barr, who says he doesn’t have to give Congress anything.

Attorney General Barr Puts Former Intel Bosses Clapper, Brennan On Notice

Authored by Kevin R. Brock via The Hill
https://thehill.com/opinion/judiciary/444802-ag-barr-puts-former-intel
-bosses-on-notice

Things seem to be moving quickly now. It has been a remarkable few weeks in American history. Momentum is building toward uncovering the distasteful possibility that the targeting of a U.S. presidential campaign was actually a political operation, fostered at the highest levels of government, masquerading as an FBI counterintelligence investigation.

Attorney General William Barr has signaled that his interest in examining the origins of the investigation into the Trump campaign extends beyond whether the FBI operated “by the book,” as former FBI Director James Comey asserts. Barr also wants to understand the role that the larger intelligence community, or IC, may have played in all of this.

Barr has thrown punches that have left an interesting mix of characters with a standing eight count. Certain eyes around D.C. are a little glassy right now.

Barr’s words and actions are telling. First, he raised the concern that the Trump campaign was “spied” upon. His use of the word “spying” appears more calculated than casual. The wailing and gnashing of teeth that followed is also telling. “The FBI doesn’t spy” became the sputtering counter-refrain of those trying to mask their nervousness.

It’s a fair point that’s beside the point. The FBI is charged with acting under strict legal restrictions and court orders. Spying is not a term traditionally associated with those activities.

But it also misses the point Barr appears to be making. The IC does spy; that’s what they do. Barr may have been referring less to the FBI and more to the IC’s possible murky involvement.

This seems to be validated by Barr’s second haymaker in as many weeks: his appointment of a surrogate investigator, U.S. Attorney John Durham. Why would the attorney general add a third investigation to those under way by Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz and U.S. Attorney John Huber? Because those investigations are focused on the FBI. Durham’s assignment is not similarly constrained; his marching orders appear broader.

Through Durham, Barr can start dusting for fingerprints across the government, not just the FBI. The squirming has begun.

In just the past week, we’ve seen a rush to comment by the former directors of national intelligence and the CIA. The FBI’s former general counsel has chimed in publicly and, of course, fired FBI Director Comey has been on a media offensive, practicing character assassination as a strategy with Barr among those in his crosshairs.

Each appears to be anxious about his own role in handling the controversial Steele dossier from the Trump-Russia investigation, and so there is some elbowing under the basket to get optimum positioning. And who can blame them? The attorney general has stated that he is going to focus particularly on the dossier’s exploitation, and specifically on the actions of the leadership of those agencies.

Interestingly, this establishes these leaders as principal witnesses in Durham’s inquiry. In essence they are using their easy access to public media platforms to coordinate and communicate their stories among themselves.

Ordinarily, this type of witness activity is troubling, if not borderline obstructive when done privately. In this case, Durham may be licking his chops as a prosecutor since a certain element of finger-pointing among the principals has emerged.

Each also is dealing with an elephant that’s not just in the room but sitting uncomfortably in their laps. Christopher Steele’s dossier is clearly a Russian intelligence operation (“active measure” in IC-speak) that took advantage of a cooperative outreach by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

If these IC leaders didn’t recognize it as such, then it truly was amateur hour at the top. The more troubling scenario would be if each made a conscious decision to ignore the obvious Russian interference attempt and, instead, wring political value out of the dossier.

This is a key area that deserves Durham’s attention. After all, this Russian active measures operation was used to further an FBI counterintelligence investigation against American citizens, and even secure a court order to electronically intercept former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

The American people shouldn’t feel badly if all this seems confusing. Even experienced counterintelligence investigators are scratching their heads. Former FBI general counsel to Comey, James Baker, added to the confusion last week with some lawyer language — that the FBI “took the dossier seriously, but not necessarily literally.” Say what?

IG Horowitz likely will take note of that statement as he finalizes his review of possible abuses by Comey and his team of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) process. It seems doubtful that a FISA court judge would have granted an electronic surveillance order had he been told the FBI believed Page was acting as an agent of Russia — but not literally so.

Barr also wants to understand the role of CIA confidential sources, or “assets,” that were cozied up next to Page and another former Trump campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos. Both were announced as Trump campaign members the same week in March 2016, and almost immediately began attracting attention from an interesting cast of characters associated with the agency long before the FBI counterintelligence investigation was launched that July.

The CIA has its own set of restrictions about the use of assets against Americans, and this deserves Durham’s focus as well. Former CIA Director John Brennan has commented on his belief in the sufficiency of FBI predication to investigate the Trump campaign but has said little about the CIA’s role in all of this. Durham will want to make sure that CIA asset activity didn’t somehow help create that predication.

IC leaders aren’t used to being held to account by the Justice Department, and their oversight by Congress generally is mild. Theirs is a comfortable world, obfuscated and kept mysterious by the liberal use of their classified-information shield. The demonization of the Attorney General Barr has begun — a sign that he is probably on the right track. And the IC leaders are on notice.

Kevin R. Brock, former assistant director of intelligence for the FBI, was an FBI special agent for 24 years and principal deputy director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). He is a founder and principal of NewStreet Global Solutions, LLC.

Seems like a desperate game of who's gonna get who first ... the Dems impeaching Trump, or Barr indicting Obama's deep state cronies? Considering how the Dems are both desperate and suicidal, the House will likely draw first blood and impeach. But after the Senate acquits, Trump certainly will be a tad bruised up, but he will have ultimately prevailed. Then it's sayonara to the Dems' hopes for 2020 and jail time ahead for Clapper, Brennan, Lynch, Strzok, Page, Ohr, etc. etc. etc.

I think Trump's gonna stall the Dems in court. All he needs is to mire them until July at which point Barr's investigation should be done. That kind of implies that both Barr and Trump know what the results will be

Democrats don't care what happens to criminal Democrats. Lock them up! If Barr can convict and jail them, that is a positive good. Republicans, on the other hand, care too much about criminal Republicans. Refusing to punish criminals is very wrong, whether the criminals are Democrats or Republicans.

For three years, Donald J. Trump has treated the details of his personal and business finances as a closely guarded secret.

On Wednesday, those secrets moved two steps closer to becoming public.

1) A federal judge in Manhattan ruled against a request from President Trump to block his longtime lender, Deutsche Bank, from complying with congressional subpoenas seeking his detailed financial records.
2) In Albany, New York lawmakers approved a bill that would allow Congress to obtain Mr. Trump’s state tax returns.

Those actions came two days after a federal judge in Washington ruled against Mr. Trump’s bid to quash another congressional subpoena to get his accounting firm to hand over his tax returns and other financial documents.

The court rulings and the New York legislation represent the most serious attempts to pierce the veil that surrounds Mr. Trump’s finances. They increase the odds that congressional Democrats, who have become more vocal in their calls to undertake impeachment proceedings against the president, could enter such a fray with ample ammunition about Mr. Trump’s business dealings.

No Wonder Obama Intel Chiefs Panicking - Trump To Declassify "Bucket 5" Russiagate Docs

As Congressional Democrats insist on conducting post-Mueller probes into President Trump and those around him, much of the recent infighting and backpedaling we've seen from former Obama intel chiefs is starting to make sense.

Appearing with Fox News's Sean Hannity Tuesday night, The Hill's John Solomon revealed that according to his sources (and Hannity's as well), President Trump will begin declassifying 'Russiagate' documents in the next 6-7 days.

Among those will be the so-called "Bucket Five" - documents which were originally presented to the Gang of Eight in 2016, which included everything the FBI and DOJ used against Trump campaign aide Carter Page - including the FISA surveillance application and its underlying exculpatory intelligence documents which the FISA court may have never seen.

According to John Solomon, #declas is coming in 7-8 days; looks likely after POTUS Japan visit and just before a visit to UK, or between 5/29 and 6/2.

Given all Russiagate roads lead back to London and the political climate in UK, this could get bumpy. https://t.co/CWzHxDRL7H
— Shirtless Pundit ???? (@zachhaller) May 22, 2019

And as 'Sundance' of the Conservative Treehouse notes, the release would presumably include the transcripts from FBI wiretaps of George Papadopoulos, who was listed in the Carter Page FISA. Also noted by CT is that declassification would be on target to occur between Trump's upcoming state visit to Japan (5/25 - 5/28) and his state visit with the UK (6/3 - 6/5).

Via the Conservative Treehouse:

No-one really knows the extent of the current documents and/or information that may be subject to a Trump declassification request. However, this is the original list as outlined in September 2018, and the agencies who would be involved in the declassification process:

All versions of the Carter Page FISA applications (DOJ) (DoS) (FBI) (ODNI).
All of the Bruce Ohr 302’s filled out by the FBI. (FBI) (ODNI)
All of Bruce Ohr’s emails (FBI) (DOJ) (CIA) (ODNI), and supportive documents and material provided by Bruce Ohr to the FBI. (FBI)
All relevant documents pertaining to the supportive material within the FISA application. (FBI) (DOJ-NSD ) (DoS) (CIA) (DNI) (NSA) (ODNI);
All intelligence documents that were presented to the Gang of Eight in 2016 that pertain to the FISA application used against U.S. person Carter Page; including all exculpatory intelligence documents that may not have been presented to the FISA Court. (CIA) (FBI) (DOJ) (ODNI) (DoS) (NSA)
All unredacted text messages and email content between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on all devices. (FBI) (DOJ) (DOJ-NSD) (ODNI)
The originating CIA “EC” or two-page electronic communication from former CIA Director John Brennan to FBI Director James Comey that started Operation Crossfire Hurricane in July 2016. (CIA) (FBI) (ODNI)

? President Trump can prove the July 31st, 2016, Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence operation originated from a scheme within the intelligence apparatus by exposing the preceding CIA operation that created the originating “Electronic Communication” memo. Declassify that two-page “EC” document that Brennan gave to Comey. [The trail is found within the Weissmann report and the use of Alexander Downer – SEE HERE]

? Release and declassify all of the Comey memos that document the investigative steps taken by the FBI as an outcome of the operation coordinated by CIA Director John Brennan in early 2016. [The trail was memorialized by James Comey – SEE HERE]

? Reveal the November 2015 through April 2016 FISA-702 search query abuse by declassifying the April 2017 court opinion written by FISC Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer. Show the FBI contractors behind the 85% fraudulent search queries. [Crowdstrike? Fusion-GPS? Nellie Ohr? Daniel Richman?] This was a weaponized surveillance and domestic political spying operation. [The trail was laid down in specific detail by Judge Collyer – SEE HERE]

? Subpoena former DOJ-NSD (National Security Division) head John Carlin, or haul him in front of a grand jury, and get his testimony about why he hid the abuse from the FISA court in October 2016; why the DOJ-NSD rushed the Carter Page application to beat NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers to the FISA court; and why Carlin quit immediately thereafter.

? Prove the Carter Page FISA application (October 2016) was fraudulent and based on deceptions to the FISA Court. Declassify the entire document, and release the transcripts of those who signed the application(s); and/or depose those who have not yet testified. The creation of the Steele Dossier was the cover-up operation. [SEE HERE]

? Release all of the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages without redactions. Let sunlight pour in on the actual conversation(s) that were taking place when Crossfire Hurricane (July ’16) and the FISA Application (Oct ’16) were taking place. The current redactions were made by the people who weaponized the intelligence system for political surveillance and spy operation. This is why Page and Strzok texts are redacted!

? Release all of Bruce Ohr 302’s, FBI notes from interviews and debriefing sessions, and other relevant documents associated with the interviews of Bruce Ohr and his internal communications. Including exculpatory evidence that Bruce Ohr may have shared with FBI Agent Joseph Pientka. [And get a deposition from this Pientka fella] Bruce Ohr is the courier, carrying information from those outside to those on the inside.

? Release the August 2nd, 2017, two-page scope memo provided by DAG Rod Rosenstein to special counsel Robert Mueller to advance the fraudulent Trump investigation, and initiate the more purposeful obstruction of justice investigation. Also Release the October 20th, 2017, second scope memo recently discovered. The Scope Memos are keys to unlocking the underlying spy/surveillance cover-up. [SEE HERE and SEE HERE]

Nope. You're not ever going to see Trump's tax returns.

I would suggest in the future that Democrats make it a requirement for a presidential candidate to release their taxes to the public during their candidacy.

But Democrats won't listen to that advice, just like they won't try to change the Electoral College once they're in power after 8 years of bitching about it.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

(FBI)
All relevant documents pertaining to the supportive material within the FISA application. (FBI) (DOJ-NSD ) (DoS) (CIA) (DNI) (NSA) (ODNI);

Who/what are Gang of 8? Names, positions, function, what did they do?
What is Bucket 5? Are these 5 documents? Are these the whole list of documents you provided? If it just a set of documents, what are Buckets 1-4? Bucket 6?

Sorry if I haven't kept up.

The move affords Barr considerable new powers to view and potentially release highly classified material gathered by the FBI and CIA in the course of the Russia investigation.

“As far as I know, it is unprecedented for the president to delegate his authority to declassify to somebody who is not the original classifier,” said Steven Cash, an ex-CIA officer and former chief counsel to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.).

“He’s now in the chain of command with respect to classification between the president and Coats or Haspel or whoever’s information it is,” added Cash, who is now an attorney specializing in national security law at the law firm Day Pitney.

Trump’s move also reflects the growing trust he has in Barr, who has earned praise from the president as a result of his handling of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report and decision to open up an inquiry into the origins of the Russia investigation.

The new declassification powers are limited to materials related to Barr’s inquiry into the Russia probe. The memo released Thursday states that the powers will terminate when Barr leaves his post and will not extend to the next attorney general.

Potential for conflict with intelligence community

Trump is no stranger to conflict with U.S. intelligence agencies, and former officials say his latest move could put the intelligence chiefs in a difficult position.

While it’s not unusual for the intelligence community to cooperate with law enforcement investigations, some former officials say it will become problematic if Trump is seen as using the agencies to go after his political enemies.

John Sipher, a retired member of the CIA’s clandestine service, said it could create problems for Haspel and others if the president looks to “scapegoat” officials who collected intelligence that formed the basis for the Russia investigation.

“Hopefully, Barr and people in the national security structure of Justice go about this in a standard way. They can get the information they need,” Sipher said. “If he himself is trying to get specific information to be used by the president for political purposes, then he’s really being irresponsible.”

Some also say that even the threat of declassifying materials could chill existing intelligence sources and make it difficult to cultivate new ones going forward. Foreign partners may also be wary of sending intelligence to the U.S. if they think it could ultimately be made public.

It is unclear to what extent the intelligence agencies were consulted before Thursday’s announcement.

Coats said in a statement Friday afternoon he would provide Barr with the “appropriate information” in his review. He also expressed confidence the attorney general would work with the intelligence community “in accordance with the long-established standards to protect highly-sensitive classified information that, if publicly released, would put our national security at risk.”

An FBI spokesperson declined to comment, and a CIA spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment.

Barr’s use of the term “spying” has already put him at odds with FBI Director Christopher Wray, who told lawmakers during testimony earlier this month that he wouldn’t use that term to describe lawful FBI investigations. Wray also said he had no evidence “personally” that FBI agents illegally surveilled the Trump campaign.

At the same time, Wray described Barr’s review as appropriate and said he had been in “fairly close contact” with the attorney general to assist him.

Democratic fury meets Republican praise

Democrats, already critical of Barr’s handling of Mueller’s findings, have accused Trump and the attorney general of attempting to politicize the nation’s intelligence apparatus. Some suggested the administration may be looking to selectively release classified material to shape a false narrative.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) described Trump’s order in a statement Friday as a "corrupt escalation of the President's intention, with the assistance of the Attorney General, to weaponize and politicize the nation's intelligence and law enforcement entities."

Schiff added that his committee will "conduct vigorous oversight of any steps to selectively reveal and distort classified information, abuse the declassification process, and place at risk sources and methods, thereby weakening our safety and security."

What I gather from the article that SECONDRATE linked is that the Democrats are shitting bricks because the "intelligence" agencies can no longer keep secret any malfeasnace that they may have been engaged in with Obama, Hillary, MI6, Ukraine and who-knows-who-else.

Sorry, but if you place the authority to declassify in the hands of the agency that did the original classification ... how can anyone expect actual review over, and accountability from, these agencies? I hadn't realized that the classification system was so fucked up. 77 MILLION documents were classified in 2014, clearly the system is skewed towards overclassification and there's no countervailing activity.

Somebody outside of the "intelligence" world in addition to the President should have the permanent ability to declassify material, and if it isn't the DOJ and/or the Senate and House Intelligence Committees in their oversight capacities, then who? The American people deserve to know how our "intelligence" agencies have screwed us over, and it shouldn't take a Julian Assange or an Edward Snowden ... or any of the other countless whistleblowers who wound up in jail for bringing us this information ... in order to do it.
Make it permanent, and make it universal, I say.

'Fake Dossier'-Creator Steele Refuses To Cooperate With AG Barr's Probe

Having been practically a recluse since since the 'fake dossier' alleging links between Donald Trump and Russia that he produced was published by BuzzFeed in January 2017, Christophe Steele has reportedly refused to cooperate with AG Barr's probes.

Reuters reports that, according to a source with knowledge of the situation, Steele, a former Russia expert for the British spy agency MI6, will not answer questions from prosecutor John Durham, named by Barr to examine the origins of the investigations into Trump and his campaign team.

However, buried deep in Reuters story is the same source claiming that Steele might cooperate with a parallel inquiry by the Justice Department’s Inspector General into how U.S. law enforcement agencies handled pre-election investigations into both Trump and Clinton.

In the past Steele has cooperated, willingly being interviewed twice in the special counsel's investigation, and submitting answers in writing to the Senate Intelligence Committee, but apparently this time he is not willing.

With Steel refusing to cooperate, Joe DiGenova, former U.S. Attorney warned Monday on WMAL radio’s Mornings on the Mall radio show,

"this is full scale war," adding that "we are heading toward a gigantic, gigantic fight...

The intelligence community, which includes the FBI, is in full resistance to disclosing what they did during the presidential campaign.”

Sara Carter reports that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is expected to release his report on the FBI’s handling of the investigation into Trump within weeks.

These investigation will hold those in the intelligence and law enforcement community accountable, depending on what evidence is discovered. This reporter is hearing from sources that it will be scathing. Those who abused their power and weaponized the tools meant to target America’s enemies against a political opponents should be held accountable.

British ex-spy will not talk to U.S. prosecutor examining Trump probe origins: source

Mark Hosenball

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The former British spy who produced a dossier describing alleged links between Donald Trump and Russia will not cooperate with a prosecutor assigned by U.S. Attorney General William Barr to review how the investigations of Trump and his 2016 election campaign began, a source with knowledge of the situation said.

Christopher Steele, a former Russia expert for the British spy agency MI6, will not answer questions from prosecutor John Durham, named by Barr to examine the origins of the investigations into Trump and his campaign team, said the source close to Steele’s London-based private investigation firm, Orbis Business Intelligence.

Trump has given Barr broad authority to declassify intelligence materials related to the investigations. Last week Trump ordered the heads of U.S. spy and law enforcement agencies to cooperate with Durham.

Steele, who had previously collaborated with the FBI on issues such as corruption in the global soccer organization FIFA, was hired in 2016 by Fusion GPS, a Washington-based private investigations firm working for lawyers representing the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Steele produced for Fusion GPS a set of controversial and sometimes salacious reports describing alleged contacts Trump and his team had with Russians before the election.

Trump says Steele’s “fake dossier” was a key factor behind the investigations and what he claims is a broader “witch hunt” against him. He also accuses senior intelligence officials of improperly “spying” on his campaign.

According to documents declassified by the Trump administration, the FBI cited Steele’s reporting as partial justification for electronic surveillance targeting Carter Page, a one-time Trump campaign advisor with business dealings in Russia.

Democrats accuse Trump of trying to turn attention away from the findings of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, whose report into Russian interference in the 2016 election described numerous links between the Trump campaign and Moscow, and said Trump had repeatedly tried to impede the investigation.

The source close to Steele’s company said Steele would not cooperate with Durham’s probe but might cooperate with a parallel inquiry by the Justice Department’s Inspector General into how U.S. law enforcement agencies handled pre-election investigations into both Trump and Clinton.

Steele also cooperated with Mueller’s investigative team, voluntarily submitting to two interviews in September 2017. He also gave written testimony to the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee in August 2018, the source said.

The Justice Department had no immediate comment, and a spokesman for Durham declined to comment.

"The skies are growing dark and increasingly ominous for dirty officials at the top of Obama-era law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Leading the "I'm really worried" list are James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Loretta Lynch, and their senior aides, all political appointees. They expected Hillary Clinton to win in 2016 and bury any traces of malfeasance, just as they had buried hers. It didn't work out that way.

Now they need protection themselves. House Democrats and anonymous leakers are busy providing it. Many are delicately called "current and former senior officials" by the New York Times, Washington Post, and other legacy media. Gee, I wonder who they are?

These defenders of the old guard are sliming Attorney General Bill Barr, who heads the investigation into their actions. They have good reasons, if not clean hands, for their attack. First, they want to keep as much secret as they can. Exposure can only harm them. Their main argument is that any disclosures will damage U.S. national security. Second, they want to paint the disclosures and forthcoming indictments as President Trump's revenge, the illegitimate use of powerful agencies that should be nonpartisan. That, of course, is precisely what they are accused of doing.

Barr won't be deterred. He did not return for a second stint as AG to pad his résumé or protect Donald Trump. He returned to clean out the Augean Stables. He needs to muck out the mess left by his predecessors and find the horses that left it.

Barr is determined to do that. He intends to find out how and why the Department of Justice embarked on an all-consuming, two-year project to investigate Trump's alleged cooperation with Putin's Russia to win the presidency. The investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller found no such cooperation (going well beyond saying he simply could not indict). Now, Barr wants to understand the origins of the probe and whether the tools used to launch it were lies or distortions — and were known to be so by DoJ, FBI, and CIA officials. Barr wants to know if U.S. intelligence agencies were used to spy illegally on Americans, or if they outsourced that to friendly foreign services and then recovered the information from them. He wants to know if the investigations really began in July 2016, as the FBI testified, or earlier, and what evidence was used to begin them."

Many have been saying all this for a long time. I still have my doubts that Hillary and Obama's agents of darkness will ever see justice. This is much, much bigger than Watergate, yet most Americans don't know, don't wanna know, and definitely don't care. If the "rain" starts fallin' as Real Clear describes, it would mean huge scandals for Democrats and a walk-in-the-park election win for Trump.

Whistleblower Exposes Details Of Obama’s “The Hammer” Super-Secret & Illegal DOMESTIC Surveillance Program

Inventor and software designer Dennis Montgomery, a CIA/DOD/DHS/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower, alerted FBI Director James Comey’s office in 2015 that President Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan and Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper had turned the super-surveillance system that Montgomery designed for foreign surveillance, known as THE HAMMER, into a domestic surveillance system.

Montgomery became alarmed when Obama and his intelligence chiefs Brennan and Clapper turned the super-surveillance system against the American people.

Montgomery asserts that Obama, Brennan, and Clapper used THE HAMMER in a diabolically intrusive manner in order to spy on the American people and collect massive amounts of surveillance data for “leverage” and “blackmail.”

THE HAMMER was only to be used for foreign surveillance, not to be weaponized for domestic surveillance against the American people, according to Montgomery and to U.S. military sources.

According to those U.S. military sources, Montgomery’s surveillance technology not only saved American lives as America’s “War on Terror” broadened, but also featured built-in safeguards to prevent the system from ever being used for domestic surveillance.

“Multiple echelons” of government, including the FISA court, had to sign off on each and every foreign surveillance operation conducted with the use of THE HAMMER, those sources say.

Montgomery claims that Brennan and Clapper used the super-surveillance system Montgomery designed to spy on Article III federal judges, including the onetime head of the FISA court Judge Reggie Walton, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and Chief Justice of U.S. Supreme Court John Roberts.

Montgomery’s revelations about his super-surveillance system THE HAMMER call into question Chief Justice Robert’s strange and inexplicable 2012 decision that stood in direct opposition to his own stated legal argument. At the eleventh hour, Roberts flipped and supported the individual mandate for President Obama’s highly unpopular Affordable Care Act.

Montgomery, who is constrained by non-disclosure agreements, has spoken about the system but has not publicly identified the system by name. The secretly-recorded “Whistleblower Tapes” identify the name of the system as “THE HAMMER,” as we first reported in our March 17, 2017 exclusive exposé. The March 2017 WikiLeaks CIA Vault 7 document dump confirms the name of the system as THE HAMMER (HAMR).

Military sources, we can now report exclusively, confirm the existence of the super-surveillance system known as THE HAMMER. Those sources caution that the super-surveillance system was only to be used for foreign surveillance.
Comey Knew

In August 2015, Montgomery turned over to FBI General Counsel James Baker, who represented the office of FBI Director Comey, physical evidence, in the form of 47 computer hard drives containing 600 million pages of documents.

Montgomery maintains that the data on the hard drives prove the existence of THE HAMMER and prove that Brennan and Clapper engaged in illegal domestic surveillance, despite the existence of safeguards that were already in place.

In August 19, 2015, Montgomery turned over the hard drives under two immunity agreements struck with the U.S. Department of Justice. The 600 million pages of documents stored on those hard drives, when stacked one upon another, would measure a stunning thirty miles high, says Montgomery.

The FBI provided Montgomery with a detailed receipt for the 47 hard drives, including handwritten descriptions of each and every hard drive.

FBI Director Jim Comey took Montgomery’s evidence and buried it.

Montgomery’s claim that Obama, Brennan, and Clapper illegally spied on millions of Americans is by itself explosive.

Montgomery’s identification, by name, of one particular U.S. citizen that Montgomery insists was under constant surveillance “for years” by Obama, Brennan, and Clapper via THE HAMMER has led Obama’s inner circle to take desperate measures.

The name of that U.S. citizen targeted by THE HAMMER is Donald J. Trump.

This guy might be a crackpot, but I've heard of mass surveillance on us by the Obama administration many times. This is the second time I've heard of The Hammer, but the first time that I heard it was used by Obama against his political enemies including Trump.

It would make sense that something like this would have happened. The domestic wiretapping that began in the SF AT&T office under GWB was continued under Obama. All that data had to go somewhere, which is why that big data center in Utah (under Obama). Snowden certainly told us how NSA and CIA tools were turned against the American people. Clapper himself lied about the spying program before Congress, denying that the NSA collected info on Americans.
Quote:

At the tail end of a rare open session of the Senate Intelligence Committee on March 12, 2013, Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., asked National Intelligence Director James Clapper whether intelligence officials collect data on Americans.

Clapper responded "No, sir," and, "Not wittingly."

In the following months, a series of news stories fueled by leaks from former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden revealed that wasn’t the case. Reports showed the government was collecting and storing bulk metadata of American phone records, and had methods for capturing a vast amount of email and Internet data as well.

Obama himself reached out to the CIA to conduct a secret killing program abroad, oerseeing the "kill list" personally, and ordering the killing of an American citizen without trial. It seems to me that Obama was willing to break quite a few laws and violate quite a few constitutional rights AS LONG AS IT WAS KEPT SECRET, which is why he was so comfortable working hand-in-glove with the spooks.

There is an additonal story from Joe DiGenova on Fox News that the FISA Court has already provided information to Barr about illegal surveillance of Obama's political enemies by the FBI/CIA/NSA. This story is supposedly being developed by John Solomon and Sarah Carter, but I haven't been able to find a decent link.

In any case, other than people talking about The Hammer and the FISC, I don't know of any evidence of politically-motivated spying (altho there is irrefutable evidence of illegal surveillance in general), but this story bears watching.

I'm cross-posting this into the thread about Trump because the spying against Trump supposedly began some time in 2011(?) or perhaps even earlier.

At some point one must assume that Libtards just have their fingers in their ears yelling NANANANANANANANANANA.

Oh yeah, because I bought into the Iraq WMD hoax, the "Assad gassed his own people" hoax, the "Qaddafi is massacring his own people" hoax, and Madcow's "RUSSIA! RUSSIA!RUSSIA!" hoax.

Jeez, you need to separate disinformation from reality.

I really do believe neuroscience is going to find out in a few years that specific areas of some people's brains stop growing or functioning the second they hit sixth grade. Maybe we should pass laws that let these poor kids with Trumpsbergers vote and smoke cigarettes and drink beer at 11 years old since they're doomed to never be as smart as the Goblins down in Nilbog.

Mueller Caught In Another Deception; Key 'Russia Link' Exposed As Informant For US, Ukraine
The title says "another" deception, I'll get to the first one in my next post

Quote:

A Ukrainian businessman painted in the Mueller report as a sinister link to Russia was actually a "sensitive" intelligence source for the US State Department who informed on Ukrainian and Russian issues - and passed messages between the Washington and Kiev, according to The Hill's John Solomon.

Konstantin Kilimnik, who worked for Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, was described on page 6 of the Mueller report as having "ties to Russian intelligence" - and was cast in a sinister light as a potential threat to democracy. Mueller completely omitted the fact that Kilimnik was working as an informant and intermediary between America and Ukraine, and subsequently indicted him for obstruction of justice.

Once again, Ukraine NOT RUSSIA.

Quote:

Kilimnik was not just any run-of-the-mill source, either.

He interacted with the chief political officer at the U.S. Embassy in Kiev, sometimes meeting several times a week to provide information on the Ukraine government. He relayed messages back to Ukraine's leaders and delivered written reports to U.S. officials via emails that stretched on for thousands of words, the memos show.

The FBI knew all of this, well before the Mueller investigation concluded. -The Hill

What's more, the chief political officer at the Kiev embassy from 2014 to 2017, Alan Purcell, told the FBI that State officials - including senior embassy officials Alexander Kasanof and Eric Schultz, thought Klimnik was such a valuable asset that they wouldn't mention his name in official cables out of fear that WikiLeaks would expose him.

"Purcell described what he considered an unusual level of discretion that was taken with handling Kilimnik," said one FBI interview report reviewed by Solomon. "Normally the head of the political section would not handle sources, but Kasanof informed Purcell that KILIMNIK was a sensitive source."

Purcell told the FBI that Kilimnik provided "detailed information about OB (Ukraine's opposition bloc) inner workings" that sometimes was so valuable it was forwarded immediately to the ambassador. Purcell learned that other Western governments relied on Kilimnik as a source, too.

"One time, in a meeting with the Italian embassy, Purcell heard the Italian ambassador echo a talking point that was strikingly familiar to the point Kilimnik had shared with Purcell," the FBI report states. -The Hill

And Mueller mentioned none of this in his report despite knowing about it since 2018 - more than a year before the final report.

Three sources with direct knowledge of the inner workings of Mueller's office confirmed to me that the special prosecutor's team had all of the FBI interviews with State officials, as well as Kilimnik's intelligence reports to the U.S. Embassy, well before they portrayed him as a Russian sympathizer tied to Moscow intelligence or charged Kilimnik with participating with Manafort in a scheme to obstruct the Russia investigation. -The Hill

Kilimnik was described by Purcell's predecessor, Alexander Kasanov, as one of the few reliable informants spying on former Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych, whose Party of Regions had hired Manafort's lobbying firm.

Kasanof described Kilimnik as one of the few reliable insiders the U.S. Embassy had informing on Yanukovych. Kilimnik began his relationship as an informant with the U.S. deputy chief of mission in 2012-13, before being handed off to the embassy's political office, the records suggest.

"Kilimnik was one of the only people within the administration who was willing to talk to USEMB," referring to the U.S. embassy, and he "provided information about the inner workings of Yanukovych's administration," Kasanof told the FBI agents.

"Kasanof met with Kilimnik at least bi-weekly and occasionally multiple times in the same week," always outside the embassy to avoid detection, the FBI wrote. "Kasanof allowed Kilimnik to take the lead on operational security" for their meetings. -The Hill

And, despite the Mueller report suggesting Kilimnik is a Russian stooge, state officials told the FBI that he did not appear to hold any allegiance to the Kremlin, and had been "flabbergasted at the Russian invasion of Crimea."

Yes, Iknow! Russia! Ukraine! It's all so confusing! Who can keep them straight?

This is the first deceptively-edited piece in the Mueller report:

Quote:

Mueller deceptively edited Trump’s lawyer’s call to make them look worse

Mueller left key information out of his report. He deceptively edited a phone call made by Trump’s attorney to make Trump and his attorney look worse. What else did Mueller and his team lie about?

The actual transcript of a phone call between Trump’s attorney John Dowd and Michael Flynn’s was released Friday night by court order. It is not the same transcript in the Mueller report [which was] selectively edited to make the Trump team look worse and potentially guilty of obstruction.

The leaked call was part of the Mueller investigation into obstruction.

The Mueller report left out the context and a qualifier, namely, Dowd wanted to know if he could give him a “heads up” if he knew of information that “implicates the President. What Mueller left out included this phrase: “without having to give up any…um confidential information. so, uhm, if it’s the former, then you know.”

Dowd said he wanted to know if there was a “national security issue, I don’t know, some issue, we got to…we got to deal with, not only for the President but for the country.” That was edited out too.

The Trump attorney, John Dowd, wasn’t looking for confidential information and he was seeking information for the entire country, not just the President’s legal team in the event there was a national security issue involved.

Dowd was none too happy about the deception in the Mueller report.

“This is clearly a baseless, political document designed to smear and damage the reputation of counsel and innocent people,” Dowd said in a statement Friday.

These are known as Kutlerisms. Stanley Kutler was supposed to transcribe the White House Tapes from Nixon, but he intentionally mis-translated any passage which could make Nixon look bad. For instance, every time Nixon said "Buck up" or similar, Kutler would translate that to F*ck Up.

No wonder Mueller refused to testify. He didn't want to be questioned about these things and be stuck having to lie under oath.

The other facet of this is that the Libs/Deep State/Obamabots have been whining that Trump or somebody is hiding behind National Security Classification, while claiming that THEY are the ones really, really, really protecting America from National Security threats and declassifications.
But now they are exposed as the ones trumping up National Security Claims to hide their crimes, and even exposing a true National Security Asset, a valid Source, which is the exact thing they claimed Trump would mistakenly do if he declassified materials.
That pesky Judge ordering the release seems to be what did them in.

that the US Government based its conclusion that Russia hacked the Democratic National Committee (DNC) on a report by cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike, which the DNC paid over a million dollars to conduct forensic analysis and other work on servers they refused to hand over to the FBI.

CrowdStrike's report made its way into a joint FBI/DHS report on an Russia's "Grizzly Steppe", which concluded Russia hacked the DNC's servers. At the time, Crowdstrike's claim drew much scrutiny from cybersecurity experts according to former Breitbart reporter Lee Stranahan.

Now, thanks to a new court filing by longtime Trump adviser Roger Stone requesting the full Crowdstrike analysis, we find out that the US government was given a redacted version of the report marked "Draft," as reported by the Conservative Treehouse.

What makes the whole thing even more hokey is a footnote admitting that "counsel for the DNC and DCCC informed the government that they are the last version of the report produced."

So to be clear - the entire narrative that Russia hacked the DNC is based on a redacted draft of a report which Crowdstrike appears not to have even finalized.

And as the Conservative Treehouse notes: "This means the FBI and DOJ, and all of the downstream claims by the intelligence apparatus; including the December 2016 Joint Analysis Report and January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, all the way to the Weissmann/Mueller report and the continued claims therein; were based on the official intelligence agencies of the U.S. government and the U.S. Department of Justice taking the word of a hired contractor for the Democrat party….. despite their inability to examine the server and/or actually see an unredacted technical forensic report from the investigating contractor."

The entire apparatus of the U.S. government just took their word for it…

…and used the claim therein as an official position….

…which led to a subsequent government claim, in court, of absolute certainty that Russia hacked the DNC.

Think about that for a few minutes. -Conservative Treehouse

Can you say "plausible deniability"? Sure you can!

Quote:

Meanwhile, the Crowdstrike analyst who led forensics on the DNC servers is a former FBI employee who Robert Mueller promoted while head of the agency. It should also be noted that the government of Ukraine admonished Crowdstrike for a report they later retracted and amended, claiming that Russia hacked Ukrainian military.
So it's not like Crowdstrike has never "fucked up" a politically-sensitive report ... or deliberately created anti-Russian propaganda.

Quote:

In connection with the emergence in some media reports which stated that the alleged “80% howitzer D-30 Armed Forces of Ukraine removed through scrapping Russian Ukrainian hackers software gunners,” Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs that the said information is incorrect.

Ministry of Defence of Ukraine asks journalists to publish only verified information received from the competent official sources. Spreading false information leads to increased social tension in society and undermines public confidence in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. –mil.gov.ua (translated) (1.6.2017)

Nunes Drops The Hammer On Schiff's Stupid Fat Head

For two years and five months, Nunes has been talking non-stop. He is the least trustworthy Congressman defending Trump. Nobody can prove Nunes is telling the truth because he never stops talking and he never gives factual answers with the necessary proof -- he just keeps talking and never does it under oath, with penalties for perjury to keep him honest, which is exactly like Trump: Nunes been one of Trump’s most prominent defenders in Congress and served on the president’s transition team in early 2017. Nunes is not personally mentioned once in the Mueller report despite his relationship with the president’s transition team and Nunes’ position as former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

He has a long history linking him to the Mueller investigation. The House Ethics Committee in 2017 investigated whether Nunes improperly disclosed classified information related to the Russia election interference investigations, an inquiry that led him to cede his committee leadership position for eight months that year. The committee cleared him.

The Dark Twisted Failure of Devin Nunes
The House Intel chair is carving out a place in history as Trump and Putin’s most useful idiot on Capitol Hill

Someday, when Hollywood starts making movies and episodic dramas about this bizarre epoch in American history – that time when Russia installed a fat, orange-tinted fourth-grader in the White House, and “conservatives” cheered and plotted to keep him there – there will be a whole dog-kennel’s worth of knaves to fill out any plot, from sweaty international man-of-mystery Paul Manafort to rosy-cheeked son-of-a-felon Jared Kushner. Screenwriters will be forced to pick and choose their villains; there will be far too many to pack into a script. But when it comes to comic relief, the choices (beyond Donald Trump himself) will be easy and universal: Failed-academic-in-a-Gilligan-hat Carter Page is guaranteed to become a stock character in the saga, as the eager stooge too dumb to be a spy. And Devin Nunes, the climate-denying mediocrity from Tulare, California, will take his place in the mythology as Trump and Putin’s most useful idiot on Capitol Hill.

Before Trump came along, Nunes was just another hack in the Republican House, a Central Valley milk-farmer from Portuguese stock cursed with a face that looks permanently astonished. After lucking his way into Congress in 2003, he’d risen to chair the House Intelligence Committee the old-fashioned way, through sycophancy. He endeared himself to future Speaker Paul Ryan by glomming on to his fever dream of demolishing the social safety net, and earned his Intelligence chairmanship by serving as an attack dog for then-Speaker John Boehner when Tea Partiers wanted to shut down the government in 2013; Nunes memorably assailed the GOP rebels as “lemmings with suicide vests.”
Then, in 2016, his fast friendship with deposed General Michael Flynn (“I talk to Flynn virtually every day, if not multiple times a day,” Nunes proudly told a reporter in December 2016) landed him on the executive committee of Trump’s presidential transition team. From there, it was a short step into historical infamy last March, when Nunes made his clandestine “midnight run” to the White House to be given (by one of Flynn’s toadies) classified documents that falsely “proved” President Obama had “wiretapped Trump Tower,” which he proceeded to make public in a manner so clumsy he almost lost his Intelligence perch.

Ever since, Nunes has gleefully embraced his role as Trump’s congressional stooge, turning the House investigation of Russia’s election meddling into a bumbling fake-news shitshow that’s been essential in the effort to distract both the media and Trump-supporters from the actual story. This year, Nunes laid his second great claim to historical infamy by ordering up the four-page #ReleaseTheMemo that purported to prove that Christopher Steele’s dossier, sponsored by Hillary Clinton, was the FBI’s sole rationale for launching an investigation into the Trump-Russia connection. The fact that the memo showed exactly the opposite was a minor inconvenience; Memogate, like the original Nunes caper, became (and remains) a deadly effective weapon of mass distraction.

This past weekend, another twist in the screwball Nunes plot was uncovered by Politico. Not content to cry “fake news” in response to any challenge to his pro-Trump propaganda, Nunes had, below the radar, begun to produce his own fake news, with his campaign team publishing a website called The California Republican. Billing itself on Facebook as a “media/news company” that publishes “the best of US, California, and Central Valley news, sports, and analysis,” The California Republican turned out to be little more than an aggregation of pro-Trump propaganda lifted from The National Review and The Federalist, leavened with borrowed stories about the evils of California liberalism and (you truly cannot make this stuff up) a steady flow of reports about Fresno State University’s football team.

Almost nobody was reading The California Republican until Politico noticed the thing; it had fewer than 4,000 “likes” and followers on Facebook. Aside from the occasionally witty headline (“The Russians are everywhere … and nowhere,” “Raisin Hell: Weather batters raisin crop to 35-year worst“), there wasn’t much to read. But Politico blew it up into something scandalous: “Devin Nunes creates his own alternative news site,” screeched the headline, followed by the subhead: “Embattled California congressman finds a way to bypass the mainstream media.” Called by Politico for comment, Nunes’ chief of staff Anthony Ratekin snidely declined to give one until “Politico retracts its multitude of fake stories on Congressman Nunes.”

On Sunday, shortly after the story began to circulate, The California Republican went down, redirecting traffic to an error message on Facebook – and creating a whole new raft of headlines and irresistible intrigue. The explanation given for the site crash was intentionally muddled and mysterious: “Due to heavy traffic and an attack on our servers, you may encounter an error message when attempting to reach The Republican.” Had the site really become popular overnight, or had it actually been hacked at the very same moment it hit the headlines? Was the site actually just a version of a congressional newsletter, designed for the fans back home, or some more sinister attempt at propagating Trump-Russian propaganda? Enquiring minds needed to know! The fact that, for one crucial day, the only way to access the site was through the Wayback Machine only added to the intrigue.

The site is back up now, for all to see, with its weird mix of local news from Tulare and the Fresno State gridiron and borrowed content from folks like National Review’s resident Trump apologist, Victor Davis Hanson. But thanks to the free publicity, it’ll now become a go-to source for many conspiratorial conservatives. It doesn’t matter that it’s a “news” site paid for by Nunes’s campaign (which is, not surprisingly, flush with extraneous cash). It doesn’t matter that it’s a glorified aggregation site, with staffers adding snarky headlines (“CNN busted for peddling fake news AGAIN!”) and brief introductions to excerpts from borrowed content. Like Nunes himself, it’s now been “attacked” by Washington elites, and thus become a thing in spite of itself.

On Twitter, the suddenly famous California Republican has been having a field day. On Sunday, it tweeted: “We are real news, POLITICO.” It posted a photo of Nunes with the caption: “This is what an American hero looks like.” Yesterday, it defended Milo Yiannopolous against the “accusation” that he’s a white nationalist, among other things, and declared in another tweet that “‘Dreamers’ are killing Americans.”

The brief and puffed-up controversy over Nunes’s publishing venture will be, of course, a mere footnote in the history of a congressional mediocrity’s weird rise to national prominence as a witting tool of Vladimir Putin – and, according to a New York Times op-ed on Monday, potentially as another target of Robert Mueller’s investigation into obstruction of justice. But it’s a telling subplot in the larger drama, as one more instance of the unquestioned talent Trump and his co-conspirators have displayed for ratfucking the media, and ultimately the American public. While Nunes cried “fake news” at every turn – “Almost every story that runs about me is fake,” he mock-complained to Rush Limbaugh last week – his massive campaign kitty was being used to produce a website devoted to partisan spin.

Partial transcript of the video.

Quote:

more than 2 years since democrats from this publicly committee claimed to have more than circumstantial evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to hack the 2016 presidential election
And what was Mueller's conclusion, again? NO COLLUSION. And that 'evidence'? Not so much.
Quote:

more than 2 years since they read false allegations from the Steele dossier into the Congressional record
WAS there false evidence in the Steele 'dossier'? Yes.
Quote:

endless hysteria by the media, democrats, and anonymous intelligence leakers
Yep. There were frequent new breathless allegations; and multiple repeating and rehashing of old ones on a DAILY basis online, in print, and on TV; not to mention of course an actual committee wasting their valuable time NOT doing the people's business.
Quote:

bombshell story ... ... which purportedly proved Trump or some Trump associate was a treacherous Russian agent.
Yep. And I don't even need to go elsewhere to find the proof. All I need to do is quote you gullible, weak-minded, and morally-corrupted people HERE. You know who you are. Don't you old fart. Don't you old cereal-mush-brains.
Quote:

Democrats on this committee regularly joined the news pundits in denouncing the traitors ...
A fact.
Quote:

The entire scheme has imploded, and the collusion accusation has become exposed as a hoax ...
Though, I think it's more than a hoax.
Quote:

One would think the democrats would simply apologize and get on with the business of lawmaking and oversight.
One would think. One would think the democrats would have just a small bit of shame about being so very wrong. One would think that a small bit of reflection would be in order.
Quote:

After years of false accusations and McCarthyite smears, the collusion hoax now defines the democratic party.
It sure does seem to. Democrats have no single unifying idea, or legislative goal, beyond that.
Quote:

The Mueller dossier, as I now call it, debunked many of their conspiracies or did not even find them worthy of discussing.
Here we get to the laundry list of specific bombshell 'revelations' and 'news reports' that were false accusations, but which were flogged endlessly as if they were facts.
Quote:

Michael Cohen did not travel to Prague to conspire with the Russians
No evidence that Carter Paige conspired with Russians.
No mention of Paul Manafort visiting Julian Assange in London.
No mention of secret communications between a Trump Tower computer server and Russia's Alfa Bank.
And no mention of NRA's former lawyer Cleta Mitchell or her supposed knowledge of a scheme to launder Russian money though the NRA for the Trump campaign. ... These insinuations against Mitchell originated with Fusion GPS Chief Glenn Simpson, and were first made public in a document published by democrats on this committee.
A long litany of ordinary contacts between Trump associates and Russians (please note - since the Mueller report concluded there was no collusion, these contacts are, according the report, ordinary), as if a certain number of contacts indicate a conspiracy even if no conversations actually created or discussed a conspiracy.
Excerpts from a voice mail from John Dowd that the Mueller team selectively edited to make it seem threatening and nefarious.
No comment on the close relationship between democrat operatives and Fusion GPS and MULTIPLE Russians (who) participated in the June 9th, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower.
In fact, no comment or mention of Fusion GPS at all.
No useful information on figures who played key roles in the investigation, such as Joseph Misfud a Malta diplomat, or the Australian diplomat Alexander Downer, or the democrat-paid operative, former spy Christopher Steele.
No useful information about the many irregularities that marred the FBI's Russia investigation.
Furthermore, the Mueller dossier cites dozens of articles from the reporters of publications that were most responsible for perpetuating the Russian hoax. Thus Mueller produced a perfect feedback loop: intelligence leakers spinning false stories to the media. The media publishes the stories. Mueller cites the stories. And the media and the democrats then fake outrage at Mueller's findings.

I went to the bother of posting this here (I'll try to finish up later) because I wanted this to be documented somewhere other than a potentiality volatile link.

But also because - and this is addressed to you old fart, and to you cereal-mush-brains - these specifics claims by Nunes are facts.

So unless you can refute them WITH FACTS AND LINKS - and I know you can't - stop using this website as your personal bathroom.

And if democrats don't do anything different, how are they any better?

Trump said: "No collusion, no obstruction." in big TV interview. www.cnn.com/2019/06/17/politics/donald-trump-george-stephanopoulos-abc
/index.html

But that is not what Mueller said. Here's what the report said: "(I)f we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. ... Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

And collusion? Mueller said on page 2 that collusion does not mean anything legally and he wished that fucking idiots and Trump would stop using that word: "In evaluating whether evidence about collective action of multiple individuals constituted a crime, we applied the framework of conspiracy law, not the concept of “collusion.” In so doing, the Office recognized that the word “collud[ej” was used in communications with the Acting Attorney General confirming certain aspects of the investigation’s scope and that the term has frequently been invoked in public reporting about the investigation. But collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law. For those reasons, the Office’s focus in analyzing questions of joint criminal liability was on conspiracy as defined in federal law. In connection with that analysis, we addressed the factual question whether members of the Trump Campaign “coordinat[ed]”—a term that appears in the appointment order—with Russian election interference activities. Like collusion, “coordination” does not have a settled definition in federal criminal law. We understood coordination to require an agreement—tacit or express—between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference. That requires more than the two parties taking actions that were informed by or responsive to the other’s actions or interests. We applied the term coordination in that sense when stating in the report that the investigation did not establish that the Trump Campaign coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."

Everybody and Mueller knows Trump can't even coordinate with his Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, who he sees everyday. There is no way for Trump to coordinate with Putin because Trump can't get his shit together. He's stupid.
