Seriously, this:
Quote:

THGRRI BROWNCOAT SINCE: 2014

We welcome new fans. Yay, hooray, and come on in.

That said, don't come in and tell us we're doing it wrong.

I know, a lot of what is done here is kind of trollish. I don't call you thuggery, I don't know what those letters stand for. If it's a reference to a firefly phrase, neither i nor anyone else here has recognized it. I assumed it was something religious, but still don't get it and I read the bible twice through, cover to cover. (Jew here, we do read the new testament as well.) I know what Si Shen was, so I figured it was a Bleach reference rather than an actual name.

That said, there are a large number of time honored traditions here, and this one is called "fixed that for ya" and yes, you have seen it. It's been used half a dozed times in the last week alone. I suspect Frem started it, but now it's here, like a meme.

That said, it's not what I said. I said there weren't huge protests. There are huge protests because Soros organized them, just like he did with occupy wall street. And Sig is right, he's a fucking nazi.

Second, I voted for Hilary because and only because, Trump was a nightmare.

boldface removed. I don't know when Haken put that in, he must have a different display than my mac. I like the color scheme a lot. Almost as much as the first version site, all of which shows up fine for me.

Okay, Trump is a Trump. in many ways, sure, environmentally? okay. I mean, there are a lot of things about the GOP I don't care for which makes me not a republican. Trump, specifically? His biggest problem for me is he's too close to Clinton.

And that is how this election went, the neverTrump vs neverClinton. Not a whole lot of people voted because they liked the candidate. We lost because we had the worse candidate. That meant a lower % of democrats came up to support her than % of repuclicans that came out to support him, and that's all that ever happens, vote for the candidate, or stay home/vote third party, as i did. I voted for Stein in the general (and no, I didn't vote for either of them because they were jewish.)

Quote:

And lastly, Some of your post, especially the first part, was as though you were speaking to a post gone by and not what you quoted. Sort of like posting a picture after what's posted above that does nothing but confuse.

I thought the inference was obvious to everyone. Prepare yourself for this. People here, many not here at the moment, but some are, tend to be very sophisticated politically, and a subtle reference is enough. In the case of the pic, everyone knew the anti-trump protest story. millions of people protesting since election day on the grounds of "we don't like Trump." Yep, that's right, and you didn't vote for him. But not just rural rednecks. A million african american crossed the line in cities like detroit and philadephia because trump said he would repatriate the factories. He didn't just say it on a platform online, he went to their neighborhoods and campaigned on it. Hillary skipped those stops, figuring it was in the bag. That's arrogance, and it's how to lose.

Quote:

You take offense way to easily and it shows in the way you responded to me.

Lol. You don't know me. The other disadvantage, and it's unfortunate, is that this place comes with a lot of history. It can be viewed in the archive.

So what degree of sway something has with any of us is going to be dependent on who says it to some degree, that's unavoidable. So, no, it's not offense, it's time management. I'm not going to spend all that much time going through posts and the links attached that I don't expect to give much out of besides opinion.

Quote:

The Reaper yes.

I got that. I know what it means, didn't think anyone was named that. Those ??s were actually chinese characters, but they didn't get rendered.

Quote:

I saw what was going on in Real World Thread and was pushed to be very clear. Truth will be met with truth, and that I would respond to trolls harshly. That's because with my very first post came the attacks and his friends followed suite.

My first post was met with Pirate News going on about Jews. He came back to the forum just to do it. for like 10 pages.

But the first rule on trolls is

which means don't feed the trolls.
which means you just don't respond.

You can do you however you want, but that's the standard. If you don't follow that, you end up in a Kwicko-RAP. (oh, it's in the archives, I'm sure if you're interested I can point you to a precious one.)

Which is how trolls are born

Edit: Correction, that was my first thread. My first post was met with accusations i was someone's sockpuppet. Yours too i see. By Chrisisall. Our most congenial member from the left. (That, BTW, is true.) And whacked by a left-hook, and you a leftie.

I see you posted in response to his thread directly after Whozit, he's right, timing is everything.

I posted on CTS's thread initially, both of which are good choices, but was smacked from the right by Geezer, our most congenial member on the right. So no one's immune.

BTW, your post indicates that you first posted to RWED which would indicate that you are in fact a sockpuppet.

What does THGRRI stand for anyway?

Edi2: another sockpuppet had already posted on that thread. It's hard to understand that stuff on your first post. I went into my first post completely blind.

I’ll try and keep this civil because we just started conversing and it would be great to get along. You presume I should assign some sort of position of authority to you based on your time here. That isn’t going to happen. You can expect me to be respectful until or if I come to believe you don’t deserve respect. I say that because I have found many here don’t.

You have been gone for a while and are presuming these are the same people you knew in the past. I believe they aren’t. Someone just yesterday criticized SIG claiming she couldn’t believe the garbage she was now posting. I have been dealing with them for the past few years and have a pretty good idea of what they are about. If you don’t mind, I’ll deal with those who troll here in my own fashion.

You can continue to change what I said when quoting me. I can’t stop that. To me though it’s a sign of disrespect. Especially since we have trolls here that do that with most of what they claim to be factual. Also, it confuses what anyone who comes to the discussion late believes was said. So to me, those who do this have not thought it through or they've become frustrated. Again, it changes something written objectively to being false and subjective. At the very least it’s dishonest. Expect me to respond to that because I want readers who follow to know that is not what I said.

I see the best of the best here misspell constantly. I don’t point it out when others do it because for one, it’s petty. Secondly, I can make a valid point in return so I don’t need to deflect to change the point of interest. Unless you are going to use word and edit everything you post like a term paper, I suggest you don’t throw stones.

I am talking about people being upset with the way Bernie was treated. I agree with that sentiment and thought you claimed it was not talked about enough. I thought it was. I don’t know why we always seem confused on this. Care to elaborate further?

As for SIG. She has been trolling here on behalf of Russia either because she believes it, or just for the kick of trolling. Either way she is constantly putting America down and supporting all Putin’s talking points. Her opinions on everything else are all over the map and her posts have mostly been from bullshit sources.

Check out these two links to gain insight into just how anti-American and pro Russia she and 1kiki are.

Russia suspended from 2016 Olympics? http://fireflyfans.net/mthread.aspx?tid=60145

Russia Invades Ukraine http://fireflyfans.net/mthread.aspx?tid=58499

SIG and 1kiki have been trolling since I got here. Many here who you converse with regularly are trolls. Hate for the left is all they are about. They post the worst of the worst of the lies out there. As I have said here recently, it’s a last man standing mentality. That is a troll.

You talk about Trump. I will post a response to that later.

Nixon’s former attorney sees ‘echoes of Watergate’ in President Trump’s first month

In 1973, attorney John Dean sat before the Senate Watergate Committee and recounted the grimy details of the scandal that brought Richard Nixon's presidency to a premature end.

Dean had pored over 600 hours of secretly recorded White House tapes and admitted he had been involved in strategic conversations about illegal activity. During the final months of Nixon's presidency, Dean testified against the commander in chief — words that helped end a presidency and landed Dean in prison.

Now, 44 years later, the man who experienced presidential scandal up close says he has a case of deja vu.

Dean said in an interview aired Friday that President Trump's first month in office — with its anti-media tirades and efforts to use intelligence agencies for political purposes — has “echoes of Watergate.”

At this point, part of me almost wants Trump to be ousted so Mike Pence can get into office, just to see what happens next.

Maybe we can just start making it a thing and keep impeaching person after person until we have some random republican school teacher who never wanted the job in office only because they were next down on the list? Then the Huffington Post can get straight to work on ruining their lives.

I posted something to you about sockpuppets, fake user accounts, there were a couple comments about them from various people. I know, it's confusing.

Yeah, the corporate media was all about Hillary even when Bernie was running. But what I said specifically is there were not massive protests with millions of people marching when wikileaks proved the point that the primary was essentially stolen. It is one of the major reasons we lost, if you can't believe in the primary process, then HRC isn't a legit candidate. I'm not going to vote for her anyway, but I know a lot of people who would have if she was a legit candidate, and plenty who would have if she'd stuck to the Bernie platform points she'd agreed to. Instead, she abandoned them, struck them from the platform at the convention and Trump picked them up and got twice as many Bernie supports votes as she did. Because they followed the issues, not the party.

No, I went looking for a poem I thought fit the poster. This is the pattern I see exposed by the posters posts.

Second said Trumps administration was in Chaos. Trumps own people are saying that. Dreamtrove you said you ain't drinking that. Second and I were right. Trump says the press is spreading fake news. The news they are spreading they are getting from Trumps own people. And when they do wish to leak to the press, they contact the news agencies some here say are fake, and not the ones our friends here quote from. Many reporters are suggesting the leaks are coming from the top as well as across the entire administration.

Sean Spicer targets own staff in leak crackdown

Upon entering Spicer’s office for what one person briefed on the gathering described as “an emergency meeting,” staffers were told to dump their phones on a table for a “phone check," to prove they had nothing to hide.

Yeah, I read stuff that is addressed to me. I don't read people talking to hear themselves or collect followers who sound like campaign posters.

MSM already dishes out tons of it, and I don't read that either.

Yep G, listening to Fox news and dismissing the rest as fake is a major problem. True too, when it comes to his staff they do rubber stamp what he says. Then they leak. Yes, he is a conspiracy theorist, which means he believes in alleyway cloak and dagger facts rather than mainstream. That is a big problem.

The many lies he says coupled with his cloak and dagger facts paint a picture of a troubled man. Even if he isn’t anti-Semitic or bigoted, by taking the route of the populist he has had to embrace those who are. He also says he represents America and does not answer too, or is responsible for, the rest of the world. This shows he doesn’t know or understand history, or America’s place in the world.

These things, other things about Trump you discuss, and the many more problems we have witnessed but have not discussed here, allow sober thinkers to see the danger. I have no respect for those who chose to ignore these things and defend Trump or minimize the threat he poses. And while I have a problem with the press at times, I have absolutely no respect for the mental prowess of those who call it fake.

If you like some of what Trump wants to do say so. But to deny Trump the problem, exposes your ignorance and or dishonesty.

The guy listens to Fox news and gets ideas from infowars.com, and tries to exclude anyone that isn't a rubber stamp or a yes person, whether in his administration or in the news. He sees conspiracies everywhere. The "I had more people at my inauguration!" was a sign. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that some users here are attracted to him. "He's so not main stream." I find that to be a semi-conscience choice people make to separate themselves from "the great unwashed" - it helps makes them feel superior. I hate that kind of egoism. One that is based on vanity or a lie one tells oneself or both.

Passive Aggressive Authoritarianism - a new phrase I have just coined. Keep it in mind.

Meanwhile, thanks for keeping the focus on Trump T. I see attempted misdirections and dodges being made. "Dems Dems Dems."

Trump/The WH has been trying to influence the FBI and committee chairs who are suppose to be investigating his ties with Russia. The committee chairs have been encouraged by the WH to call reporters and tell them there's nothing going on here. "I have some fake news for ya - no smoking gun." Sounds like something Nixon did during Watergate. How'd that work out? Keep it up Trumpie!

I've said "Not drinking that" a lot. I don't think I was saying that to chaos, not that I agree with the chaos idea, it's just that i think this is by design. It's just I don't think that constitutes koolaid. Pizzagate does. ref me to second's post?

Trump? Not drinking the hate koolaid yet. Not at all convinced. I think this post is at war with your other post on trump appointing nay-men. I actually think the other post is correct. I think it's a clever strategy for weaseling out of campaign promises. Doesn't mean I completely support it, it's not honest, but otoh a lot of those promises were made to lobbies and not voters. It's not about hate. It's about the facts as they are known. Facts for some are a hard pill to swallow. I could understand you not knowing the facts if you're not political and following all the news outlets. If you're trying to follow what's going on by what's posted here, well, good luck.

My nose wasn't entirely wrong, but I figured I'd sit this one out and see how it played.

I thought that poem was T's cute little way of calling you a sockpuppet without actually saying it DT. It turns out that T's actually saying that SOCKPUPPET is you're sockpuppet.

Other than the fact that you both started posting around here within a few weeks of each other and we rarely see any posts from the same 7 or 8 individuals, I have no idea where he bases this opinion from. I'm sure there's plenty of room in that super inflated ego for a Sherlock Holmes persona we haven't seen yet.

Hey, if you're right T, I tip my figurative hat to ya. We all know how you love going back into RWED history and digging up things said in the past. Why don't you get to work on that and make your case?

Alas, that brilliant deduction was me telling him, but last week, JSF just posted it to the board. That said, when I created the account in response to watching the new accusations fly daily. I modeled a character on Shadowfly et al, a cross between the two. Here's the hitch: I then opensourced it, posting the email and password to the board. I can't claim to have always been sockpuppet, and there are moments when I definitely wasn't.

That said, yeah, I'd figure that I've been sockpuppet, do to the timing. I don't want to take away from his achievement, but I did just mention it the post before, and also, JSF did on the Deep State thread. But a real dataminer would have become SP by now themselves.

I was, of course, illustrating a point, which is why I bothered to resurrect the thing. That journey was actually very interesting to me. I'm saying publicly what I said privately to JFS last week, but the character made me see the world in a way I didn't normally. It wasn't an experience I'd had before. The initial experiment was to throw trolls so off balance with an unfazed universal snarker without care in the world, who would gladly attack me as anyone else, written as a work of fiction (again, see Shadowfly, and perhaps a less virulent version of some others I'm not outing.) but yes, helped lead me to the conclusion that River was right.

SP also helped keep DT in check, lest I end up in these flame wars myself, hence the comment about knock'em sock'em robots, which was self-directed as much as anything.

Don't see any reason to retire it, if anything, it's helped me a great deal to see the truth. That said, it is a dangerous experiment. Some users not here presently had a scary talent at pretending to be, and channeling other users in an otherwise indiscernible manner. Add to that, an open an anonymous account on which to do it, and the world became a very dark zen labyrinth.

Eventually, it was a matter of time before I slipped up, and was signed in to the wrong account. I had said that which was green was me, and SP should not be paraphrasing.

6, read this thread, and you'll see the confession that outlines the discovery, y, and then I would mention that JSF's post last week aside, a prior full confession from years ago was posted along with UN & PW, and half of y'all were gorram here for it! (Including you, Jack) I know, it's painful, but there are so many, even I have to search sometimes and see who was a puppet of whom, and some of those accusations were laughable. But technically, I can't prove definitively that you are not SP. Any user older than '09 or '10 might be.

That said, T made no attempt to unravel my post. I gave him a pretty thorough analysis of the board and everyone on it, and his attempt to pigeonhole them is in fact trying to pin jelly to a wall, it ain't that simple, and I threw in a definition of troll, and all I got in response was some trolling pasta I just had to snark, and failed to notice that I was not signed in as me. My bad, but it was too late, I'd spilled it already, and JSF had, and everyone who was here should've known, or anyone with google.

And there are so many ways to search this board. People don't waste time doing that, not since Niki, instead, they waste time typing stuff that no one is ever going to read, like me above. I now understand why Frem got so fed up with his recruits, he was trying to make them see, only to find out he was wrapping his knuckles into a brick wall the entire time.

Your analysis of the posters in these boards is fraught with inaccuracies. You post here claiming superiority in understanding them even though you've been absent for years. Because you haven't been here, you couldn't possibly know if the years you have been absent hadn't taken a toll on them. If they in fact changed.

Well, I have been here and the assertions you put forth weren't based on facts, but instead memory. Not on any of the current debates between SIG, 1kiki and the many here who disagree with almost everything they post. Not on any research done on what they post here now, and how much of it is lies and propaganda. Not on current behaviors of others here, who's theory's and attitudes are based on their emotions and anger.

Anyone who hasn't witnessed the past two years here, could not unashamedly make the blatant, none restrained assumptions you have. Unless they were running on ego.

Ah... Dr. Who. I saw a few episodes when Eccleston was the Dr. way back in the day on Sci-Fi. Wasn't Billie Piper the companion? I didn't watch too much TV then, and I haven't had cable in like 12 years.

Can't I live in my own bubble where Eccleston is still the New Doctor? The whole 1-hour format show is old enough to have a "way back in the day?" I grew up on Tom Baker/Elizabeth Sladen, Louise Jameson, w/ Tom Baker. Jo Grant and Zoe, Susan were still circulating.

I don't have a TV and watch very little of anything, there's always time for sci-fi. I figure something else has to be slain for it. 3 hours work, and hour of sf, reading or watching and there's plenty of time for the rest of the day. Lately for me it's been writing.

That clock just popped its mainspring. The Obama wiretap story is proving to be true, and it's not being denied by the accused. And at least eight senior Democrat Congressmen met with the Russian Ambassador during the campaign to try to disrupt Trump's candidacy. The new countdown clock to imprisonment for Democrat conspirators is ticking away like a new Rolex.

You would be mistaken, Riverlove. The spokesman for Mr Obama, Kevin Lewis, said the accusation was "simply false". A "cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice", he said.

The clock is ticking on Trump because he has the power, not Obama, to clarify everything right now by declassifying all surveillance records and court records. If Obama did the crime, his fingerprints will be all over the crime scene and Obama won't be able to dodge responsibility. Trump has every incentive to declassify as soon as possible.

Except Trump is not clarifying anything. Instead, Trump is dumping his responsibilities onto Congress by "requesting that as part of their investigation into Russian activity, the congressional intelligence committees exercise their oversight authority to determine whether executive branch investigative powers were abused in 2016." That is a Trump delaying tactic, so he does not admit he made up the whole story on twitter.

The White House press office did not immediately respond to requests to comment on whether Trump will use his declassification power regarding his tweeted claims. It’s previously ignored repeated questions about whether he will use it regarding the general issue of contacts between Russia and his campaign.

From Sean Spicer, White House Press Secretary, 5:51 AM - 5 Mar 2017:

Reports concerning potentially politically motivated investigations immediately ahead of the 2016 election are very troubling. President Trump is requesting that as part of their investigation into Russian activity, the congressional intelligence committees exercise their oversight authority to determine whether executive branch investigative powers were abused in 2016. Neither the White House nor the President will comment further until such oversight is conducted.

Trump will make no comment until the "investigation" is finished! Wow! That is so unlike Trump. That's brilliant, assuming Trump can control himself and won’t tweet more accusations that Obama was plotting to ruin Trump’s sterling reputation with illegal wiretaps. I wonder how aggressive the press corps will be about calling out this obvious artifice?

Trump started it on Saturday with a tweet and he could have finished today by declassifying and releasing the documents “proving” that Obama broke laws and customs by personally ordering wiretaps, but Trump will take the high road and let Congress “investigate”. I have a feeling that Congress will “investigate” Obama for a very long time and then decide that he didn’t commit felony wiretapping for political gain while President.

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Mar 4 tweeted:

How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!

DREAMTROVE

Looks to me like they all lied and are still lying, but that link def. implicates Pelosi and Schumer as well, in the lying. The Russia doesn't bother me, but the lying does, as does the return of cold war thinking on the issue.

Flynn lobbied for Turkish-linked firm after election, documents show

President Donald Trump's former national security adviser Michael Flynn wrote an op-ed on Election Day calling for the U.S. to kick out an anti-government Turkish cleric without disclosing he was being paid by a firm linked to the Turkish government, according to documents newly filed with the Justice Department.
