So now people can only reply to posts directed specifically at them, or posts of general interest? That should cut down on the number of posts.

Wow, the more you're discredited, the bigger an asshole you become. Now you're just completely inventing meaning to sell your horseshit.

Excuse me while I soak in all these sweet, sweet conservative tears.

Hello,

I regret the strong language used in insulting people here recently.

You have a point, Anthony. I wish I had your patience.

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

Yanno, if they reform the electoral college, most of those dumb-ass states would actually LOSE representation. 'Cause low population states never get fewer than 3 electoral college votes, but larger states don't go up proportionately, leading to the situation where Montana gets three times as many electoral college votes per person as California. I'd vote for that! The large, urban powerhouse economies like CA and NY would actually dominate the vote even more than they do now. Good deal!

AFA TX leaving... On election night I looked at the states that voted overwhelmingly for Romney... Kansas, Texas, Georgia, and so forth... and all I could think of was.... I hope they leave, and good riddance. Most of them are Federal-tax-dollar money-pits anyway. Very uncharitable of me, but it looks like they're going to make it easy. I just hope the door doesn't hit 'em on the ass on their way out.

Thanx Mark. I don't endorse the language myself, but the sentiment, well...

Maybe he'll get over his crush on me in time, let's let him work it out.

Hero wants to share his 12-step program?

Yeah, I guess if he's "welcoming" me, that means he's there himself, doesn't it? Unfortunately, I must have wandered into the wrong room, as I wasn't looking for a 12-step program. But that's okay, I'll leave him to his meeting and go where I originally intended...

They're kind of amusing, aren't they, in the way they spew and stutter? Not terribly amusing, but mildly anyway.

Tit for tat got us where we are today. If we want to be grownups, we need to resist the ugliness. If we each did, this would be a better reflection on Firefly and a more welcome place. I will try.
