When Greed catches up with you, which it always does it is a bad day for the little folks. I feel bad for them, but not for a poorly run company. I used to work for a clothing retailer for 23 years and they were in business for over 100.Bring on the new greedy investors and the company closed it's doors in 3 short years. I'm sure you have heard of Wilsons Leather. Mind you I received a pink slip and the ceo's took home million $ bonus checks. I am just lucky that my years of experience got me a better job.

How does this effect you? Well let PirateCat esplain. The car dealerships bring in lots and lots of revenue to the city, county, state, and federal goverments called taxes. Hmmm where are they getting a new source of income. From your home by increasing property taxes and utilites. Guess what all those unused rooms hey you have rental property got to tax potential income. And if it is paid off you fall under unused income tax penalty. How much of a mortgage could you afford. Here is PirateCat's plan empty commercial buildings tear down. They'll be alot so employment and new companies form with a goverment tax break. The empty lots will go green. New companies doing urban renewal. Once the land is sold bam loan companies making money, new construction, and whatever new company starting up. Of course these needed resources will have to come from the Amazon displacing native tribes along with extincting the natural wet lands. And will have tanks in Iran to supply our black gold for our V-8 trucks. I think this solves everything myself.

This was WITH govt intervention. GM alone got $15-billion taxdollars from Obama in 2009, used to build factories in Brazil and Commie China.

But that's a drop in the bucket to Bush and Obama giving $14-trillion to the offshore banks and brokers in the past 6 months, under martial law by the private foreign "Federal" Reserve Bank.
