The dark times are upon us, martial law is being put into place in case of civil unrest or civil war following this economic collapse.
If Obama gets in, it ain't gonna be pretty.
If McCain gets in, it'll be a whole lot worse.

Either way, when they ask for our sector passes, do we hand them over, or say, "Passes? We don't have no passes! we don't gotta show you no stinking PASSES!!!" ?

The world got a whole lot meaner all of a sudden. It wasn't supposed to...but it did. So now it's back to the law of the jungle and there are predators and victims.

Which are we gonna be? OR do we deny the choice?

Okay, null content (yet spot on) anagram aside, I have a question on this topic that I've long wondered about. I'm hoping that some of you may be willing to answer, or perhaps direct me.

As mentioned by Fremdfirma, the real problem are the minions that will do the overlords' bidding. It seems to me that those folk generally walk one of two paths: socio or psycho.

Which is to say those who are duped into shooting their neighbors, (for the good of society,) and those who'll do it for the pleasure of getting to do it. (Talk about left and right...)

Now I can see how education may rehabilitate the former, but is there any option viable for the latter?

Having successfully arrived at a mindset wherein I'd never shoot my neighbors to appease the bosses, I'd also like to not shoot my neighbors for my own sake, or more gracefully written sentiments thereof.

I think there is a "What CAN we do?" question that has not been fully answered.

The VAST majority have finally come together on an issue. But we seem to be so fragmented that all of that energy just isn't getting traction.

Voting's a good idea, and of course calling your Congresspeople (writing a letter ON PAPER is even better, and visiting in person is best) is all good, but...

WHAT ELSE??

Unless you truly mean to get a gun and "clean house" in Washington (a move I do NOT recommend!!!) ... guns are not gonna be part of the solution. (Not in the near term.)

Even demonstrations..... very LARGE demonstrations beaten down by the cops... have been marginalized by the so-called "liberal" mainstream media.
