with all this talk about desktops it reminded me of when, i think it was Shindig (the comentary ) one of the girls was talking about how she had a Firefly Screen saver with serenity flying around. Does anyone know where to get this or have some other cool Screen Savers?

Step 1: Go here: http://firefly.deadly-nightshade.net/images/

Step 2: Save all your favorite pics and screencaps to your hard drive.

Step 3: Go to the "Screensaver" tab of the Appearances and Themes menu.

Step 4: Select "My Pictures Slideshow" as your screensaver selection.

Voila! You've just created your very own Firefly screensaver. Just be careful-- it's very easy just to sit there and watch it forever...

I have been creating some pretty cool, fairly elaborate screeensavers for Buffy and Angel and just started thinking about doing one for Firefly. I usually include lots of screencaps, audio and quotes from the show. List any good links to various Firefly media here and I'll whip one up and get it posted as soon as I can.

i'm like really new here and was wondering if anyone knew a way i could refine my firefly desktop theme by capturing audio after ariel and if you like i could post what i've made on rapidshare for all to grab even made my own firefly busy mouse pointer
