Alright, I've been around the site for awhile, and I'm finally going to post a thread. I'm sorry if this isn't in the right place, or if I do something wrong (I've had the worst luck following board etiquette). *bites finger nails*

SPOILERS FOR THE SERENITY VISUAL COMPANION AHEAD!!!

So anyone who has read the visual companion knows that there is a scene with Mal and Inara after they find out that they made the Reavers (on Miranda). You know the one, "I've seen so much death"... blah blah, half-kiss? And I'm at a loss, where can I find that? I heard a rumor it was still part of the movie in some of the early screenings. I just got a hold of the Region 4 goodies, but it's still not there, and I'm a mess. I've got to get my hands on it.

So any direction, or download (if it exsists) would be amazing. I'll seriously make it worth your wild (i.e. cookies, or I can knit you a scarf, or download you some songs, or be your slave). Or if someone could just flat out say: "Fangirl, move on, you're never going to see the Mal/Inara Goodness, no one has it, Joss hates you!" that would be great too. No joke.

And I know they shot it, because of the blooper and Nathan dancing like the sexy fox that he is.

I really wish i could help you...i'm tempted to shoot the scene myself using various yard animals at home...but that wouldn't be the same would it....

also, i could really use a slave....my old one ran off with a couple of the aforementioned yard animals.....

I do know what your're talking about, and i will double my efforts to secure said deleted scene for you... (ok so by doubling my efforts i actually mean, make an effort to begin with), but this is interesting stuff and you know there's a scrap of film around somewhere with it there. Oh, to be the janitor at a film studio cutting room... "just sweep this over here & pick it up later...hehe...mine is an evil laugh

STORYMARK

To me, that's yet more evidence of an upcoming Special Edition DVD, which, along with the Aussie extras we didn't get in region 1, can now include "never before seen" deleted scenes.

Fairly common, really. All 6 of the Star Wars movies have deleted scenes that were not included on DVD, so they'll have something to add to subsequent releases.

Oh thank you thank you thank you, someone else has this mystery stuck on there brain.

I've asked everyone i know look every place ive been, and even explained it to random strangers, but no one seems to know where this scenes is or could be. or even in a lot of cases that it was even shot.

Like you said it has to be around, i mean HAS too!!!

*deep breath* i am calm. but finally someone else is as perplexed as me. I'm sorry i cant help, but im praying/ no scratch that begging for someone to.

come on mal and inara people- why arnt more people demanding this scene that we all want?

Ok i'll go know as im not helping. But at least i know im not going mad now.
