My peanut butter cookie recipe- for all Browncoats to share!

CHRISISALL

Down the centuries you have slurred the meaning of the words, WE THE PEOPLE...


1 3/4 white flour 1 cup sugar A egg dash of vanilla tbsp salt tsp baking soda 1 cup peanut butter (made from PEANUTS, not that hydrogenated trans-fatty high-fructose processed crap- don't even get me started!) 1 stick butter (NOT that yellow-coloured axel grease called "margarine," (natural sub is okay))

Chocolate bits or nuts as you might see fit. Or not.

Press pancake-shaped balls of 2-4 inches with a fork to produce striations (very important)

375 degrees (pre-heated) for 13-16 minutes depending on the oven...

Cool...

And, Heaven.

Anyway, vegans can substitute 3 tablespoons of egg replacer and... the equivalent amount of earth balance.

Big thanks for sharing the recipe.I'm temporarily giving up being gluten free just to make and eat these. Nothing I love more than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. :-)
