Now I am learning about scary.

Hey, it's not a huge article but it's better than nothing. I have to give a shout-out to Don Myers for requesting more recognition for one of Nathan's best roles.

When you last wrote about Nathan Fillion, you forgot his previous TV series "Firefly" and its movie version, "Serenity." Please give him another go-round.
Don Myers, Port Angeles, Wash.

This small space means we can't touch on everything. But you're right that Fillion has many fans from "Firefly" and "Serenity." This time, however, he wants to talk about ABC's new "Castle," in which he plays a famous crime novelist who helps police solve cases. "Crime shows were never my thing," says Fillion, 38. "If I watch one, I always see a joke available -- the funny line they never take." In "Castle," his character has fun, but he's good at his job, says the actor, who admits to channeling Spenser, the P.I. in Robert B. Parker's mystery series. "[Spenser is] very observant, and he's a smart [aleck]," says Fillion, which is exactly what he wants his "Castle" to be.

There's also a shiny photo but they don't have it on the USA Weekend site. (This is in the "Who's News" article by Lorrie Lynch.)

Just thought I'd share.

Bwahahahaha! He said smart-ass and they had to edit it. Too funny.

Can't believe I neglected to get my weekend paper and missed this. Thanks for the post.

Yeah, I laughed at the editing, too.

You're welcome!
