Woman, you are completely off your nut.

Trist, yeah, it kinda does look like an album cover! Although I wouldn't want any of them to sing.

Uniform looks great! Ya know, I might want to start getting mine. Got the boots... and that's 'bout it, lol!

HK, hello gorgeous! Echoing sentiments you have said to me before 'bout wanting to say what I love 'bout that pic, but not wanting to sound pervy.

Yep, crazy alright PR, very crazy... *backs away slowly*

TRISTAN

Once again, I stumbled across a costume I forgot I had...and decided to have a little fun.

The truly modern scribe...

Beware! It could happen at any time! When Monks Attack!!!

And then just a few random shots. And yes, I do have a wall of crosses. Those that know me may raise their eyebrows, but they are all unique to me, and each one is a beautiful piece of art.

And lastly, the perfect way to unwind after a long day...

What great, fun pics you always have Trist! The 2nd one reminds me of that scene from 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail' with the monks chanting and hitting themeslves with the wooden boards.

RIMG, didn't American McGee make the video game 'Alice' (love that game, btw)? Cause that's just an, um, interesting pic there.

Yes they did, Roxy, and that comic is actually inspired by said game. The wonderful folks at American Greetings made the cartoonists (Gabe and Tycho over at http://www.penny-arcade.com/ ) take it down, but of cours that only spread the comis faster. And yes, it was a kick ass game.

Shame the pic cuts off half your lovely face, Sabri3l. I could easily give you those vampire fangs if you want 'em

Occured to me that I haven't posted a real smile for several threads.
So here's my dreamy/happy-to-the-point-of-bursting smile

And I have some more, but I don't want to post all at once. I tried to do my 'bird' impression for the camera (I've been told I cock my head to the side just like a bird) but they came out... Well, they're cute, but I don't know that the 'birdyness' came across for some reason... In one I look like I'm trying to do a cheesecake kind of shot with a very confused look on my face (though it looks nothing like my own confused frown) in one I look like I'm kind of pouting/glaring at the camera, and then the other one looks more like what I was going for.
That was more than I meant to type about it. Oh well. Photos are funny.

*edit* Hey Jimi, thanks for that little tidbit. I remember reading through the Penny Arcade archive and coming across the 'taken down' comic and wondering what the hell it was... Shiny!

Roxy and PR. You make this thread spin round.

Cannot leave without paying due respect to RIMG and his li'l'uns. Much as the jacket may be cool, the absolute zone-out is moreso. To sleep the sleep of babe again.

HK. Over at the Water Cooler I told Mavs she captivates and confuses. I'm pretty sure I've used the same words about you before, and this entry is more evidence of same. Zoe or Kaylee? Wha...? Big Gun, Little Kitten. True confession: stray moment of candor I'll try not to let happen again. Your earlier red head pictures were okay. Maybe it's just you've grown as a photographer, but whatever. Just okay. This, well, this makes me almost hope you'll show up at D*C with your vermillion high. Wowsers. You can go feminazi all over me anytime you want.

O.O Holy... Wow! *Puts arms up in surrender.* That is a really cool photograph. Look at the size of the gun!

I also love the shot of G32. You remind me of Dominic Monaghan (Charlie from Lost) in that shot. Cracking photo man!

The flame throwing photo of PR is cool too. It looks really authentic.

It is always great to see more pics of Riv. The laughing/smiling pics are great. The Firefly swag is sweet too!

Tristan: Brilliant photos! I love the axe weilding monk outfit. Look out! Aaaaaaargh!

Roxy: The shot of yourself in glasses reminds me of Willow (Alyson Hannigan.) It is a nice pic. Glasses are cool. Do not fear them!

Magda: Those pics are really cute!

All the pics are great! There are a lot of cool one in here. It has been a while since I submited photos. I might upload a few this weekend.

From these pictures... and please don't take any of this the wrong way... From these pictures you have an absolutely drool-worthy, possibly approaching orgasmic, computer monitor, you look slightly uncomfortable with your sword, which I would love to play with, and you vaguely resemble my ex, except you've got dark hair and, somehow, look very different in profile. Actually, it's only the middle pic that made me go "huh, he looks a little familiar..."
Also, it looks like I just ruffled your hair
Most excellent shots (more please)

Haven't lost power so far, knock on wood; we did have a couple of flickers, though. This morning I went about taking photos and heard a mighty loud crack followed by a muffled thump: a 15-foot branch snapped off the tree behind my house. Good thing I was done with the photos back there!

Isn't the mythical snow fun?

*looks up at snow*

Meh.

You have my sympathy. Kind of.

This picture was taken two months ago; it's my house two days after the first storm. We had a storm a week for the next... seven or eight weeks. All that crap turned to ice (seriously, solid ice that I could walk on with perfect security) and is only now, very slowly, melting away. Yesterday I was able to get into my parking space without parallel parking between two mounds of ice three feet high for the first time since the new year. Hell, for the first time since my birthday. It has been a freakishly, freakishly bad winter. All the ski buffs who were so excited about it couldn't even get up to the slopes for a good week.

So... Meh.

Sorry if I seem cranky. I'm really tired of being cold (seems like I've only felt properly warm in the shower for three months), driving through clouds, shoveling snow that weighs on my arms like bricks, and top it all off with gale-force winds yesterday trying to blow my car off the road. I am not a very happy phoenix when it comes to weather. I'm not very happy about a lot of things, but particularly the weather.

(That's my stepdad in the picture, BTW. He's super-human, apparently, and probably moved literally tons of snow in December alone)

Seriously, I love the way the trees look. I wish I could have gotten a picture of what the freezing fog did to the trees here, but of course every time fog rolled in I was at work sans camera, and by the time I got home, got the camera, and drove back out to areas with large trees, the sun was up, the cloud mostly burned away, and the perfect white coating of frost already melting. That was pretty. Hell to drive through the fog, though.

It's coming soon! This time next month, you'll be able to walk around outside without a hat and gloves...just imagine!

Roxy - I love the B&W 'pissed' pic, you still look damn good in it

Odds - [ fat bastard ] I'm not so inclined, but if I was, you'd be on my list [ /fat bastard ]

EDIT: In answer to all of your snow pics, I was using my AC in the car this weekend as I drove back and forth across Georgia.

You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

Oh my, am I loving the scenery shots or what! Pretty as that snow picture is, I also can't wait for spring. After all this waterfall, it should be really green here. I hope the flowers don't freeze.

His name is Malcolm, but not for the reason you think

Yes, of course they were...

All joking aside, though I might be pale as death and nocturnal and sneeze in bright sunlight... Okay, I might have vampiric tendancies, but I don't have real fangs.

If you ever, ever want help with photoshop, I will do my best to answer any questions. I started a thread in Talk Story awhile back if you wanna dig for it

Oh yes, and in order to not overload with, um, cute and innocent pics, I'll post this one. I didn't mean to look innocent in all of those pics, but then I didn't mean to look kind of... pouty and glare-ish in this one

Like I said before, photos are funny.
