Yes, well. Everytime I see her she's either hitting me or kicking me for flimsy excuses like 'I snore'. I'm beginning to feel like a battered friend, do we have a support group?

Um, I must respectfully disagree. See, if I'm sharing a room with someone who snores, I have this hopeless inability to concentrate on anything other than the snoring, which deprives me of much desired sleep. It's a weakness of mine.

Let's just say that I'm incredibly greatful for the fact that neither TWG or MWP snore, else I'd have been taking a 9th floor flyer at D*C '06, yeah.

Sean, you do to snore, like a friggin train. the only living being i know snore worse than you is my dog Kara (and she even has the mastiff jowel ripple going for her) The killer came when you fell asleep while we were watching a movie - you were utterly silent until the film ended, i changed and got into my bed. the instant THE INSTANT i turned off the light - jesus it was like a plane was landing on us!

as for you Mr Simonwho, you're not quite so loud or badly timed, but you are inventive - no regular snoring for you! oh no - its a new and unusual sound every minute - i'm going to record them one day and turn them into music - with Sean on bass - and send it to earplug factories for their tests.

Ah, its so nice to be right.

But yes Sean - that was why you woke up surrounded by shoes, and why, i too, from now on, will pack earplugs for every trip.

After all - they can trace you with the treadmarks on your shoes nowadays - they have a whole database and everything.

Ah, poor Seryn!

I highly recommend getting the really soft squishy earplugs. The ones I buy claim they are designed "for women and children". They're fantastic. A bit more expensive than just the plain foam cylindery ones, but worth it.

Also, it seems to me that if you can be tracked by the treadmarks on your shoes, then that is reaon to buy MORE shoes, as to confuse them and keep them guessing. Right?

yes! Of course! A perfectly legitimate reason to buy even more shoes.

I am happy.

Oh yes, those ones you had were very comfy - well i managed to sleep in them after all - but sdly they don't sell them like that over here, you can get a little pack of a few rubbery ones in superdrug and thats about it.

I was making my dad a 'Flight survival kit'(comfy socks, playing cards, puzzle book and pen, ear plugs, toiletries and many little bottles of alcohol etc) for his birthday (he flys to Spain to see his sister a lot, and if anyone needs a survival kit its an easyjet passenger) and they were the only ones i could find.

Crazy.

I've figured the secret to getting away with the sort of thing people might track you down for, is to go to a far away thrift store, buy an all new complete outfit, do your thing, then incenerate that outfit.

I think about these things too much.

we have some quality earplugs at work, I can bring a few of those. they are the soft foam, but not the plain cylinder ones. More conical with ridges.

it looks good! it looks kinda like lost... are they going to answer any questions do you think?

Sean, i suppose, and i think i may have been to redhill and if its the place i'm thinking of no, you'd be lucky to find a decent place. I suppose i was thinking of travel cost into london, but if you have your car it doesn't make a great deal of difference i suppose.

But yes, that looks like a very pretty flat, good luck getting the mortgage and everything sorted out!
