I'm from Nottingham in England - home of that famous pesky outlaw (no, not Mal Reynolds) Robin Hood

Greetings from the great white north. Or Canada as we like to call it on formal occasions. Toronto, Ontario specifically, but in Guelph presently at uni.

Kurgan I just thought that your post was great because my family came to Canada from France 12 generations ago. We were from Normandy, making us (obviously) Normans. For those who don't know their Robin Hood very well, Robin was a Saxon fighting against the invading, oppressive Normans. Sigh...so if you're Mal, I guess I'm the Alliance. Just please don't throw rotting fruit.

P.S. Maid Marrion was a Norman too though, so we aren't all bad

I counted three people from Tennessee! Where are these Firefly fanatics? I've never met anyone in the the region of the hills-beyond-Joelton, TN, who liked Firefly. That is, other than two of my family.

PS I'm a dual citizen so every other year I'd be supporting Firefly from Prague, Czech Republic.

Okay, so I know I'm several months late but had to sound off for the Browncoats in the Mammoth Cave area of south central KENTUCKY.

Our whole family/friend conglomerate has gotten hopelessly addicted (1 from England by way of Toronto, 1 born in Oxford, Mississippi, 1 born in Haiti, 1 from Puerto Rico, 2 Louisianans, and 6 nach'rul borned Kentuckians.)

Addiction is hard, but guess our innate Kentucky appreciation for all the best vices (bourbon, tobacco, horse racin', etc.) has built up stamina.

Can't wait for Serenity!

The Wild, Wild, West...aka Cochise County, Arizona.

I'd be more specifical but no one here has ever even heard of the closest town, which ain't all that close. Tombstone is about the closest town anyone outside of Arizona probably heard of though.

If I'm not careful where I'm walking on the backside of the ranch I'm in Old Mexico and if I ride for about a half hour I'm in New Mexico. Sorta ironical huh?

Originally from the wilds of Western PA. Where I'm currently visiting for a spell and really, really remembering why I moved. Gorram weather...

Nah one of my friends used his retirement money to buy a ranch and said,"Hey wanna be a cowboy down in Arizona?" So I said,"Lemme see 4 feet of snow on the ground here...80 degrees there...what the hell do you think?"

And I'm wanted everywhere Mom, what can I say?

(and I mean wanted for work 'cause I have a variety of useful skills, y'all got smutty minds)
