May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.


Did a 3 mile walk at lunch yesterday. Went to the gym yesterday and did an hour of cardio.

Going again today for weights.

I signed up for yoga - twice a week! Just went at lunch, it's a great class. Not too granola.

I made it to a stretch and ab class yesterday. I didn't realize my lack of flexibility until I actually tried to stretch.

I'm going back to the gym today though after work. I sort of fell off the wagon last Friday but I got right back on again so that's good I guess.

Pretty much. It was proposed because it was only two of us. But, it turned out that the planets aligned and everyone got busy at one. Strange thing is that everyone seemed to get not busy again at about the same time. So, no hiatus.

Did 3 mile walk at lunch time yesterday. Hit the gym for an hour of hard cardio, then 20 minutes on the weights.

Going again this afternoon.

Keep up the great work everyone. We'll be the buffest browncoats in the 'verse.

I finally went to the gym today and did a 15 minute warm up on the elliptical and spent about 35 minutes or so doing weights.

So, that makes 1, 2, 1, 2, 1 sets for this week. Next week goal is 2, 1, 2, 1, 2. Nice gradual increase.

I forgot to mention that there was a man at the gym yesterday that looked exactly like George Feeney from Boy Meets World. THat has nothing to do with the fit club but I thought it was worth mentioning. Also, I am incredibly sore today. That'll teach me not to go so long in between trips to the gym.

Dear FMF-

Of course there is room for one more! There's always room.

Just a quick update. I'm done on the farm so no more regular activity for me, but no matter. I'm going to be doing a bunch of walking, swimming, and possibly some hiking in the next 2 weeks. Some of that walking is even occurring with a giant pack on my back. Fun!

But most importantly, I finally got around to getting the piercing I was going to get to reward myself for dropping 10 lbs. I pierced my nose with the cutest little white gold/cubic zirconia stud. I love it!

I kind of feel like a dirty hippie right now, but I'm loving every moment.

I'm getting back into the whole going to the gym thing...went everyday this week (am taking today off to relax) but I can't get the whole eating healthy thing down

Anybody got some will power they can lend me cause I need it something bad.

Sure

But, there isn't anything wrong with having a little something every once in a while. Just as long as it is a little and it is not all the time

We all need our treats from time to time; we're not made of stone. And large changes don't happen over-night
