Does anyone here think/know if Joss Whedon has an account on these boards?

It could be any one of us...o_o

She'll turn you in before you can say "Don't turn me in...lady..."

MHO, odds are, no.

Does someone from his camp surf by and have a gander now and again? Probably. Couldn't hurt.

However, having an account and lurking in the shadows to see what utter silliness we spout?

Well, "Don't figure the percentage in that."

Well, I doubt very much that Joss himself has time to hang about on here, with all that work.

But my theory is that he has clones of himself, one for every fansite, and its their job to watch everything we say, compile summaries and report back to him.

We have Joss Clone 4.

He then spends his down time using these reports to fan his toe nail varnish dry.

Ok, maybe thats a bit far fetched, but the only other theory is that he sends Nathan to do it.

Though now you mention it, there is often an strange lingering odour of cabbages in this fair site.....

hmmmm... intriguing.

Here's my pet theory: He registered under an assumed name to lurk around and see what was what. Decided to post his own views on Book's past and the secret behind Inara's syringe, and was consequently laughed out of the forums for positing such ludicrous theories ;p

Yes he does.

But he hasn't posted in four years.

As does Tim Minear

I stand corrected...

However, since he hasn't even visited (under that account) since 12/02, nor has Minear since '03, I will stand by my belief that there's no real percentage in listening to us babble.

Knowing Joss, he probably lost his password.

Oh, and N0Skillz might want to check this out: http://people.csail.mit.edu/rahimi/helmet/

The tin foil helmet might actually put you at more risk.

It has long been suspected that the government has been using satellites to read and control the minds of certain citizens. The use of aluminum helmets has been a common guerrilla tactic against the government's invasive tactics. Surprisingly, these helmets can in fact help the government spy on citizens by amplifying certain key frequency ranges reserved for government use. In addition, none of the three helmets we analyzed provided significant attenuation to most frequency bands.
