So, this is what I'm thinkin:

At the end of last season it was revealed that to save Conner, Angel had to make it like he had never existed, which he did (no one remembered Conner).

Therefor, Conner never was born, hence Darla never shared a soul with him and staked herself.

Darla is still alive.

Wouldn't it be great to have Darla and Dru show up and harass Angel and Spike. The evil ex-girlfriends causing their boys hurt.

I need this in my world.

only, we saw connor alive and well with an adopted family and a brand new set of memories. he just won't be apart of angel's world anymore. but he still exsists.

but, Conner is still alive. and they've hinted that he'll return for one episode.
I WOULD like to see Darla return, but her sacrifice added so much to her character I'd hate to see them just erase it.
so, who knows....

I think it was a case of not so much erasing Connor's past, but erasing the memory of his past (well, from all but Angel and Lilah anyway). So he still exists, it's just that nobody remembers who he truly is.

The thing I've been wondering about is the family he's now living with. Are they working for Wolfram and Hart and know who Connor really is, or has Connor been placed with them (like the monks made Dawn a part of Buffy's family) and they know nothing about it?

I'd like to see Connor back next year though. And, hopefully, Lindsey too!

Book: “A duel?”
Wash: “With swords?”
Simon: “The Captain's a good fighter, he must know how to handle a sword?”
Zoe: “I think he knows which end to hold.”

YES! I am DYING to see Christian Kane (Lindsey McDonald) back on the show, but man, he's been so busy with making movies lately, not to mention his band. I mean he did Life or Something Like It a long time ago, Summer Catch also a long time ago. Just Married, not so long ago. The Cooked E, and that new movie Secondhand Lions, I believe. He's also signed for yet another movie. But I miss Lindsey.

How did they hint that Conner will come back for an episode? I didn't get to see the season finale because our local TV station crapped out on us for like two or three days, so I missed it. :(

I'm not so sure they should bring Darla back after her being good and all, though since Spike is coming, it'd be killer to see Dru again. She's awesome.

Did you guys see Charisma's new TV movie? See Jane Date. I missed it but I saw the commerical a lot.

The hinting was done off-screen rather than on. I think someone from the show mentioned at a convention that they'd like to bring Vincent K back for an episode or two. As far as I know, nothing's definite yet though.

But if they can bring people back from the dead on Angel, then I'm sure they can bring Connor back from his fake family.

And, hopefully, bring Lindsey back from wherever he lumberjacked off to!

Hey there
the angel news that really has me riled up is that cordelia won't be back next season. W'sup with that? Well i hoping that this may free her up to be on the Buffy spin off to once again be Xander's love intrest since Anya bit it in the series finale.
Oh i purchased the Firefly DVD on Barnes and Noble's website more expensive than Amazon but i have yet to recieve a dissappointing email telling me it is not in production lets keepour fingers crossed

Does anyone out there know how angel fared in the ratings last season and how it ranked in the WB's lineup? it gets no advertising but i would think the loyal fan base would make it one of the more popular shows on the network any info would be greatly appreciated

Yes, I thought it was very nice to see her in a different atmosphere. I have always enjoyed Charisma as Cordy, but it was nice to see her have a non-demon cast. But she did have a very Buffy phrase...both my husband and I were smiling after that. Hopefully, she'll do more movies whether they are made for TV or the big screen.
I hope they repeat it so you can catch a glimpse.
