Will there be any negative consequences for Serenity's crew's involvement in the defense of the Heart of Gold?

I'm pretty sure this was not shown as episode 10 in the UK (just as I think 'the message' was shown earlier in the series than your episode guide shows). Any idea what the alternative UK episode timeline is?

maybe i missed this completely, but how to kaylee and wash get the bad guys off the ship after they lock them in?

Will Wash give in and have a kid with Zoe? If so, how would this affect the crew to have one of their strongest fighters out for a few months?

I just completed my copy of the entire series. Heart of Gold episode does not play. Is this a common problem, or is it just my copy?

To Bluemangroup- the song sung at Nandi's funeral was 'Amazing Grace' its quite a famous song. The girl who sang it did it very nicely I think. -Jemofirongate.

So when Burgess rode away on his hovercraft after taking his son, where did he put his son? Shouldn't he have taken it with him? I highly doubt Mal would take the driver away from a moving vehicle with a baby inside, either being held or fastened somehow.

To answer johnjon- Burgess didn't have the baby during the chase. Inara took it from him right before he shot Nandi.

Jayne dosn't like the idea of risking his life for free, at least until he hears they will be protecting whores.

Innara clearly has feelings for Mal, and visa versa, even though neither will admit it.

Burgess is a damn rich guy, hence the first (and therefore only) appearance of a laser gun in this episode. True to form, it's not as cool as it could have been.

Anything that has Melinda Clarke in it is good in my book. I like her even better in Xena: Warrior Princess as the evil Amazon Velasca.

Slight Correction to a note above: this episode features the first *functional* laser pistol seen in Firefly; We had previously seen the (inoperative) Lassiter in "Trash".

Look carefully at the shadow puppets during the theater scene. It's the Enterprise! And a Firefly AND a Nasa Space Shuttle! Ilove sci-fi shows that have a sence of humor.
