Wow, I'm so flattered that you are intending to reread - thanks. I have re-posted them in the order they should be read in: Endorsement, Walking, Conversations, Sorry, and Pity. The fic called Truth Was that you'll find at the bottom of my list of BSR items (or top, if you look at it that way), comes after Pity (though with at least one deleted fic in between I think). Attack comes after Hero and Villain.

I don't know if you read the series right from the beginning. Something I keep changing my mind about is a theme I wanted running through, about cannibalism and rape - of the Verse by the Alliance, with the Reavers representing that. Cannibalism is represented mainly by Mal, and the way he treats himself; and if you look for it there are key character and relationship developments related to rape: the Guild founder going into a monastery after having been raped, Colonel Tug leaving behind the men who have been violated in the Reaver attack, but most of all Mal and Inara having been forced to have sex by Saffron. I'm in one of those phases where I really don't like the way I've tried to treat that theme; it feels - tawdry. But anyway - I just wanted to fill that in if you hadn't read from the beginning and you were wondering what the references to Saffron were about.

Actually, could you post a list of all your (surviving) fics in the order in which they should be read?

I want to go back and reread them all, in as much order as possible...

Yay for finding some of them again! I wish I'd thought to save some of your early ones, there's been times on other message boards that were unstable that I backed up stories my friends wrote from them, but over here I didn't think that would be an issue...

Well, it's good to see these, Endorsement I remember in particular having some very pretty ideas, and if anyone is new coming to the series, this'll help them out.
