Stuff, Stuff... and More Stuff

So I have returned from Comic Con, re-cooperated (after getting an average of three hours of sleep, including one night sleeping in line on wet grass) and have attempted to process everything I saw...

-James Cameron's Avatar blew my brain away (and Segourney Weaver has not aged)

-Where the Wild Things Are will be an excellent film

-Megan Fox makes men stupid

-Pretty much everything coming out of Disney looks impressive.

-I don't hate Twilight fans as my as I feel bad for them, especially the really young ones.

-Epitaph One was the best Dollhouse Episode ever.

-Felicia Day is just as adorable in person as on screen

-I'm very broke now, but I have a load of Firefly stuff

-At one point I went to a Browncoat meeting, listened to Shawna Trpcic (nice to put a face to the voice in the commentary), then Nathan Fillion, and took a group pic with Nate... I however recall so very little as it was the last day and my brain was sort of at this pudding-like consistency

-There was much more, but then there's this brain, and it's still... hazy...

Alright so it you managed to endure that little list I have more FFFnet related stuff now. I've realized the summer is now winding down, which means I've lit a fire under my pigu to finish everything I've been working on here.

So, The Gifted Ones has been officially split up into two stories, one will follow the events of the New Haven Ranch, the other on River's crew. The plots will be the same, however there will be much more focus on the characters than the plot (huge mistake, learned from it) and will hopefully feel a good deal more intimate. Shooting for early Sept with these puppies.

I am also working on the New Haven wiki! Yay! Alright so I'm probably more excited than you guys are but a lot is done... though there is still much to do. I promise though it will give the lowdown on everything that has gone on so far, and delve into worlds, locations, planets, characters, ships and more. There will also be pictures attached to most of the wiki articles to fill in some visual blanks. Good for those people who want to start reading the series, but don't necessarily want to got back and read EVERYTHING. Hey, I don't blame you.

Finally, these little sketches I've been posting to get back into fine fighting form for school (my department's tough, gotta bring the A game) are a challenge but fun and helpful. There will be more, and some will be in color. As of right now I've got two done I'm ridiculously proud of, but I think at least one needs some color.
