so, after all the stress that i went through in the last week i was accually suprised that i had a good weekend. my dad took our car to work on friday so i rode the bus home instead of into town to hang out with my friends. mom was asleep when i got home, as usual, she's more tired then usual. she got up around 5 and we had dinner, i got bored and decided to watch the da vinci code. it was...

it wasn't as good as i had expected, they changed so much. to much in my opinion, i love the girl who played sophie, i kept yelling gandelf at the TV whenever teabing came on. mom was fed up with that within a couple minutes.

then i got on the computer and SUPRISE... i got a message from david, granted it was about firefly, but still! he still talked to me outside band! i was kinda jazzed and hyped up on sugar my that point so this was the icing on the cake. he sent me a picture of the cast photo from adam's new show with a message about him having a girl's name and how he looked wierd in a suit. it was really funny. i sent him one back about thinking it was 'cunning' go me for puns AND a firefly refrence in 1 sentence!

hannah called me around 10 while i was making a 2nd dinner because one is not enough. i was making eggies in a basket, a la v for vendeta. and my heart almost stopped when dad called me into the other room, i though someone was dead because he had just been on the phone. so i hung up with hannah and went into the living room.

it turns out that he wanted to talk about kirran. that was suprising considering that he still doesn't really know where most of my friends live. he pulled the conserned father act, it was all very funny coming from a man that once told me if a guy broke my heart he would break their legs.

after that family ties moment i finished making my eggs and watched a couple hours of the osbournes. then i went to bed.

the next morning to my suprise mom DIDN'T wake me
up by yelling my name outside like the house was on fire. she let me sleep in to about 11 and then yelled at me for not helping rake up all the leaves... i'm just getting to this whole yard thing, it's not normal. i'm used to a 5' by 10' strip of land, not a full out yard that needs to be mowed and tended.

mom went to take a nap after lunch. she woke up around 4 and we set to making dinner.

then that night i watched a couple movies and went to bed around 1:30.

i woke up at 5 on sunday because i forgot to turn off my alarm, i was halfway through changing into my clothes when i realized that it was not monday...i know i'm awesome... i went back to sleep in my school cloths until 10.

i got a shower and had breakfast. dad and i hung out while he watched golf...so awesome, and boring.

after that i set down to spend some time with my best friend. my buffy season 2 DVDs. i was in an angel kid of mood so i watched his progression from angel to angelus, and i was a great time. i love buffy. i watched the first episode with my dad when it was first on and it scared the crap out of me! i didn't watchi it again till it was in the 7th season, poor me.

then...the greatest part of my weekend was lazar tag.

we went for a friend's birthday. you should have seen us all. 15 people dressed all in black heading out to lazar tag. somehow, i have no idea how, me and hannah wore the exact same outfit. black converse's, dark jeans, black 3/4 length top, an olive colored jacket ,and a red tanktop. we were made fun of so much!

when we got there and played the first game, i had so much fun. david and i just stood in one place and pulled a river, we closed out eyes and just started shooting. i wonder if i accually hit anyone. that lasted a couple minutes then we were recharging and he was being all jayne like with the heroic antics.

he grabbed my arm with a "come on" and pulled me into the action to give him some cover. we had so much fun!

i then showed everyone why i shouldn't be able to drive a car when i played the dirving video game.

it was so much fun.

i got home and went to bed around 12.

with such a great weekend i have no idea how it all went to hell in a handbasket...

i decided to get early and update my ipod. big mistake. everything was going well until i hooked up my ipod, then it all went to...well you know.

my computer started freezing and telling me that an error had occured, i decided to cut my losses and disconnect.

i was making my lunch when i discovered that i had erased my ENTIRE ipod of all 15 gigs it had in it!!! AGAIN!!!!! this is just evil! so now i get to go home and re-load the apple software because my computer is retarded and can't run an update without going bipolar on me and killing my life.

i have yet to ask kirran how the party was, i'm hoping that she didn't go, i really hope she didn't. i know she did. she can't pass up a chance to make a fool of herself infront of a room of guys.

i must send out a vibe. there's a vibe somewhere on me. it's a boy-repelling vibe. because litterally EVERYONE i know is dating or about to. i don't know what it is! i think people just see me as the little sister type... i can only hope that going away will finally make guys grow up and realize that i'm not related to them!!!

somehow i doubt it!

Totally in the same boat, vampirechick88...except the boat is the male equivilent, what with the "being friends" and "it would be too weird" and "why are guys all pricks?" trains of thought;)

And I am definitely glad to hear your weekend was improved over the weekdays preceding it...till your iPod went all 'blooey;)

Ugh, I have the same thing. All the guys treat me like another guy, they call me "dude" and stuff. Some of them are really great friends, the best actually but y'know. Glad to here at least some of your weekend was good. :)
