Just felt the need to reccomend a book series

Eve Dallas books by J.D.Robb
I wouldn't reccomend the first book Naked in Death, but if you start with Immortal in Death it'll all still make sense and I promise both men and women will like these. MisterG loves them and he's mostly into David Eddings and such.

Oh...I am totally hooked on these books! Kinda surprising since they are written by someone who used to write Harlequin Romances...never really saw the attraction to them (Harlequins, I mean)...:D
