Hello and a Banner Request

Hi! I am new! I am also trying to make a Firefly Website and cant seem to get a banner to go the way I want it so I am asking if anyone knows how to make one. It needs to be 800 Width X 165 height any help is great? I promise to give you credit.

Can't help you with the banner, unforturnately but welcome to the site.

There's a pretty shiny bunch around here, and there's more and more popping up every day.
